so you will never forget?

2020-11-12 00:12:03 UTC

arm = 9%, head = 9%, leg = (2 X 9) %, torso (4x9) %

2020-11-12 00:13:51 UTC

or, if you will, the arm is 9%, the leg two arms and the torso two legs.

Most fortuitous

2020-11-12 00:15:05 UTC

So about 2 1/2 body parts per year then haha

2020-11-12 00:16:03 UTC

if measured by surface, then, yes.

2020-11-12 00:17:39 UTC

I don't even want to get into breaking down what pats constitute what percentage specifically. Too much math for me

2020-11-12 00:19:24 UTC

What are the other platforms for this show?

2020-11-12 00:19:35 UTC

You tube is being stupid

2020-11-12 00:19:38 UTC

Not that I know of

2020-11-12 00:19:46 UTC

Yeah it’s down everywhere for me

2020-11-12 00:20:10 UTC

Just came up on you tube

In order for the House to choose the President, the electoral college votes must be tied or neither candidate gaining enough electoral votes (270 to win). I has nothing to do with the concession of either candidate or courts resolving the issues. It has everything to do with the electoral college votes being a tie or lack of enough electoral votes for either candidate.

2020-11-12 00:34:16 UTC

From Amendment 12 of the US Constitution:
"The person having the greatest number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed; and if no person have such majority, then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as President, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President. But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote; a quorum for this purpose shall consist of a member or members from two-thirds of the states, and a majority of all the states shall be necessary to a choice."

A tie in electoral college votes has happened once, in 1800.
However....there was an election in 1824 in which one candidate DID win the majority of the electoral vote and it still went through this process. This happened because of multiple candidates and a required electoral vote of 131 to win. Jackson had 99 electoral votes while all other candidates had less.
And...there was an election in 1876 in which Hayes received 185 electoral college votes to Tilden's 184 electoral collage votes....which was resolved by the Compromise of 1877.

thanks, watching on Twitter now

2020-11-12 00:37:40 UTC

awesome!

2020-11-12 00:56:16 UTC

@DisenchantedTruth I think the house also has to certify each state's votes

2020-11-12 00:56:23 UTC

which is usually just a formality

2020-11-12 00:57:32 UTC

Barnes talks about the various options the republicans have in theory

2020-11-12 01:18:41 UTC

> which is usually just a formality
@realz - they don't "certify" but the votes are opened on Jan 6th in a dual session with the VP presiding.

2020-11-12 01:20:35 UTC

@DisenchantedTruth Barnes made it sound like they have a chance to object to each state

2020-11-12 01:20:39 UTC

and an objection goes to vote

2020-11-12 01:21:44 UTC

Not according to the Constitution. I only know what I read in that.

2020-11-12 02:07:40 UTC

heads up: Matt Braynard, interviewed yesterday by Jack Murphy, who is being interviewed right now live on Tim Pool is running an analysis on a mass scale

2020-11-12 02:07:59 UTC

his organization has found 2 million high risk ballots that match dead people or moved out etc. and is calling people up

2020-11-12 02:08:34 UTC

and has found people who don't know wtf the cast vote is

2020-11-12 02:08:40 UTC

and is taking their testimonies

2020-11-12 02:08:55 UTC

I don't have time to track this story down

2020-11-12 02:09:01 UTC

but it seems ... promising?

2020-11-12 02:09:03 UTC
