In order for the House to choose the President, the electoral college votes must be tied or neither candidate gaining enough electoral votes (270 to win). I has nothing to do with the concession of either candidate or courts resolving the issues. It has everything to do with the electoral college votes being a tie or lack of enough electoral votes for either candidate.

From Amendment 12 of the US Constitution:
"The person having the greatest number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed; and if no person have such majority, then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as President, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President. But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote; a quorum for this purpose shall consist of a member or members from two-thirds of the states, and a majority of all the states shall be necessary to a choice."

A tie in electoral college votes has happened once, in 1800.
However....there was an election in 1824 in which one candidate DID win the majority of the electoral vote and it still went through this process. This happened because of multiple candidates and a required electoral vote of 131 to win. Jackson had 99 electoral votes while all other candidates had less.
And...there was an election in 1876 in which Hayes received 185 electoral college votes to Tilden's 184 electoral collage votes....which was resolved by the Compromise of 1877.

Am I the only one here who noticed the pristine mail in ballots (not even creased from folding, all uniform, no apparent wear from having been through an initial count, uniform dots filled in) that were mentioned in the affidavit with Lin Wood's GA case. I know @RobertGrulerEsq mentioned them in his show a couple of days ago. Those could easily have been added to make the hand count match the machine count.

USPS couldn't do squat here in Michigan to verify. Our "early voting" was really just absentee voting done in the clerk's office ahead of time. Walk in, fill out an absentee app, get your ballot, fill it out, put it in its envelopes, sign and hand it back to the clerk. And....what about the ballot drop off boxes?

I was talking about the ones that went out and came back in the same day or even those which came back the next day. Those were the vast majority. I think there were about 20,000 that had a later send date than receive date...I have no possible explanation for those.

I'm not trying to make any judgements about anything. I look at the info, then listen to what more knowledgeable have to say .... then watch the courts. This conversation is exactly why the framers gave all the legislative power to the states and limited the federal government. People pushing for the fed to mandate states is what's put us in this mess.

I would participate in your mind game but in order to do so, I would have to accept everything you claim as fact….when, I cannot agree that it’s all factual. So, instead I’ve responded to your points.
1) There was absolutely fraud... There always is some fraud. Some get caught some don't. I believe that there are people on both sides of the political spectrum that are willing to do what it takes to help their chosen candidate win. I think it has been that way for a long time. It sucks and every single one that is caught should be prosecuted. I think that most election officials know that this is going to happen and while they'll do everything they can to prevent it, they will spend the majority of that effort to prevent wide-spread fraud, because they know that ultimately the small time fraud is a zero sum game as neither side is more or less likely to partake.

My Response: Yes, there’s always fraud. However….mail-in ballots in massive amounts across the nation open up huge doors for fraud to pour in. No reputable democracy allows this kind of mail in ballot mess due to the ease of fraud.

2) President Trump has told his supporters repeatedly for at least 7 months that there would be massive fraud and that the only way he would lose is if Biden and/or his supporters cheated.

My Response: Agreed. He warned supporters repeatedly – especially when states started enacting rules about mass mail in voting….which, as I said earlier, no other democracy accepts because of the possibility of massive fraud.

3) After the 2016 election, the DHS has been working to make elections more secure. In 2018, Trump formalized this effort by creating the CISA group and handpicked Chris Krebs to head it. This group established standards for voter equipment certification, implemented sophisticated anti-hacking measures, implemented video surveillance at counting facilities (many live-streamed), encouraged states to replace systems that didn't have paper ballot backups that could be used to verify the electronic vote tallies.

My Response: 2 years of “securing” went out the window when mass mail-in voting was allowed (against the laws/constitutions in several states, I might add).

4) With recounts in GA and WI showing that the paper ballots match the electronically tabulated totals, if votes were flipped, someone had to have replaced real paper ballots for Trump with fake ballots for Biden (either leaving down-ballot races blank or guessing on likely down-ballot votes hoping it would be close enough) - either between the time they were cast and when they were tabulated (no flipping via Dominion needed) or after tabulation to match any flipped votes by precinct.

My Response: Too many seasoned election workers came forward about “pristine” mail in ballots during said recount. How can mail in ballots not even have a crease where they’d been folded to put in their secrecy enveloped? On the ballot recreation, it isn’t all that difficult. All it took was one election worker with a thumb drive of the ballots or an outside actor pulling them off a Google Drive where they’d been placed for a printer to access. This is why the investigator (I believe it was Ramsland) encouraged the legislators to have the ballots forensically tested in the mail-in counting centers.

5) To date, only circumstantial evidence has been found. No one has found direct evidence of a conspiracy - we have not found and no whistleblower has come forward with evidence of meetings, coordination, plans, computer records, recruiting efforts, instructions, actual ballots that had been replaced by forged ones, addresses to where excessive numbers of unrelated voters were sent mail-in ballots, etc. The only evidence that has been brought forward are: a disputed history of Dominion conspiring with a dead dictator to switch votes for Biden, reports of contentious and possible suspicious behavior, and attempts to identify patterns in voting data that could support that wide-spread fraud had occurred.

My Response: If you were part of this mess, would YOU come forward? Holy cow, no way. Others have come forward who witnessed things – some of those have been involved in the process for decades and aren’t “seeing things that aren’t there.” We’ve had several USPS whistleblowers. But whistleblowers who were actually involved…no way in hades will we have one of those come forward and say, “Yep, it was me. I was part of the fraud perpetrated on the entire nation.” It would ruin their lives forever.

Also....you don't actually need tons of people. You need a few key people who improperly train election workers, print ballots, get them into the ballot counting senter (possibly even in secure ballot storage boxes)....

A few key people in each area that you're hitting....Pittsburgh, Philly, Detroit, Atlanta, Phoenix, Milwaukee and so on. The rest is easy if the worker have been improprly trained, they don't know they're aiding.

Yes, say the head of the TCF Center's counting facility is a key person....they would train all the workers there .... effectively teaching them all to help the fraud without those workers ever realizing that they're being taught that.

I certainly hope so. There are too many data anomalies for me to completely dismiss the idea of fraud. Yes, I'm one of those who pulled data and looked. I'm no expert and not qualified to determine anything from data alone....but 4 precincts in Philadelphia reporting the exact same ratio of 18 votes Biden to 1 vote trump on EVERY upload from 7 an to 4 pm on day is enough to make me believe it was a computer setting a ratio. Can you imagine what the chances are of that happening?

While I am watching both sides with interest, I have to admit that, being a Michigander, emotions are getting involved....to think that many of of were disenfranchised because of a few bad actors in a county that's known NATIONALLY for bad actors is pretty dang believable.

Why can chain of custody logs not be produced for ballots delivered in some places? Why are 71% of Wayne County precincts unable to be recounted because they can't balance the ballot count with the poll books numbers?

In large cities, though....there are places that are not USPS owned who provide mailbox services. Those places don't always follow the same guidelines as USPS.

Seems the largest precinct is around 1850 voters....I can't imagine how anyone can't keep ballots cast vs registered voters balanced in numbers that small. I've checked in more "members" to country clubs in a day than that and we didn't have any non-members on the course.

No but some MI townships had massively high numbers of registered voters vs residents....as high as over 700%....in the UPDATED affidavit of Ramsland's. I have nothing to link you to....but a court ordered a small sample 100 ballots be verified. 3% of those were duplicated in error. So a larger sample was ordered 2500 ballot. If you look in the comments, that 11% seems to be signature match issues...and 0.5% of the ballots were duplicated in error.

The thing is that when they were put there doesn't amount to anything is you can't show a chain of custody log that gives them credence. Anyone could roll ballot boxes in and who would know if they were fake or real?
