@Whithers they should, gulianni said the courts decide elections. This is what people on the right have been saying. Are you saying they would go back on that if the courts decide against them?
The Left are domestic enemies of the Constitution. They can never be accepted as our rulers under any conditions for any reason. And NO, the courts do not decide the election. They decide if the protocols, policies, and procedures of Constitutional law have been violated. The Congress decides the election.
