respectfully, it's absurd to say "there is no evidence". If you say, "there is not enough evidence to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt"...that would be much more valid. I might even agree with you

2020-12-02 05:34:04 UTC

No evidence of mass voter fraud (enough to swing an election) which is being claimed by Trump. Technical incompetence: yes. Small level voter fraud on both sides: yes.

2020-12-02 05:34:29 UTC

A person can testify to something that is a lie... its evidence but its not reliable. When I say evidence I mean something that I feel comfortable relying on

2020-12-02 05:34:37 UTC

So so me your best piece of evidence

2020-12-02 05:34:50 UTC

@JD~Jordan Why isn't "Performing actions that enable you to get away with fraud" + "Anomalous results that point toward fraud" + "Blocking access to information that would allow others to verify if you've performed fraudulent actions" evidence?

2020-12-02 05:34:58 UTC

Again, there IS evidence. Literally hundreds of pages of evidence. This part is indisputable. The question is "is the evidence enough?"

2020-12-02 05:35:29 UTC

Only in this case, they are asking the Legislators for a Forensic Audit

2020-12-02 05:36:07 UTC

Its not reliable evidence... A dirty plate is evidence someone had dinner... but its not reliable evidence of who had dinner or even what they might have had to eat

2020-12-02 05:36:11 UTC

Or if the evidence is valid @JonasRobert

2020-12-02 05:36:14 UTC

I feel like anyone who says "there is no evidence" or "there is no evidence of widespread..." etc, should give an example of what such evidence would look like. Otherwise people can just keep parroting this line that is very clearly untrue

2020-12-02 05:36:14 UTC

@JonasRobert, you just advanced to level 4!

2020-12-02 05:36:40 UTC

It's evidence. It's not proof.

2020-12-02 05:36:45 UTC

Enough evidence to counter the evidence being provided in affidavits.

2020-12-02 05:37:52 UTC

Evidence should be backed by facts to the extent of holding up in court specific cases of fraud would be cool

2020-12-02 05:38:32 UTC

Here ya go... this TRUMP appointed Judge says it better than I can
"One might expect that when seeking such a startling outcome, a plaintiff would come formidably armed with compelling legal arguments and factual proof of rampant corruption, such that this Court would have no option but to regrettably grant the proposed injunctive relief despite the impact it would have on such a large group of citizens. That has not happened," Brann added. "Instead, this Court has been presented with strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations, unpled in the operative complaint and unsupported by evidence."

2020-12-02 05:38:48 UTC

Loke they say we believe Biden votes each count 1.2 each and Trump only .8

2020-12-02 05:39:03 UTC

Ok so why does a hand recount match the vote totals

2020-12-02 05:39:10 UTC

The lower judge excluded the evidence from the brief

2020-12-02 05:39:19 UTC

Lol. Federalist society judges aren't Trump friendly.

2020-12-02 05:39:28 UTC

He may have been duped

2020-12-02 05:39:33 UTC

That ruling was upheld on appeal... try again

2020-12-02 05:39:38 UTC

So far there is no evidence of wide spread fraud that could overturn the elections . All we have is statistical modeling that is heavily dependent on the variable you start with (subjective starting inputs). Some models like shivas can be used to show republicans cheated using the same methods he used. It’s very weak evidence of wide spread fraud @JonasRobert

2020-12-02 05:39:44 UTC

They say oh Iran logged in and flipped 1000 votes ok why does the paper ballots match

2020-12-02 05:39:51 UTC

Why not listen to all the hours of testimony at the hearings for evidence and that the voting machines that are wiped of the evidence

2020-12-02 05:40:07 UTC

Shiva's a grifter

2020-12-02 05:40:14 UTC

I know @DrSammyD

2020-12-02 05:40:18 UTC

@Repeat thanks for linking that

2020-12-02 05:40:31 UTC

I don't know... I think there are issues with what he is saying. The company he claims to work for only has 15 employees on LinkedIn. https://www.linkedin.com/company/electionsource/people/

2020-12-02 05:40:32 UTC

He accused his gop opponent in a election of the very same thing. @DrSammyD

2020-12-02 05:40:37 UTC

Wiped of evidence of what?

2020-12-02 05:40:55 UTC

I'm not taking the position that there is or isn't sufficient evidence at this time. I'm trying to get someone to describe what sufficient evidence WOULD look like. So far, no one can do that.

2020-12-02 05:40:55 UTC

You are making assumptions and speculations... that is not evidence

2020-12-02 05:41:27 UTC

IT DEPENDS.... there are lots of things that could be evidence. Do you have any or not?

2020-12-02 05:41:39 UTC

Gotta love Parler lol

2020-12-02 05:41:52 UTC

If you do audits and the audits match the vote counts but you said there was ftsud and theres no explanation why the audit came out right what kind of audits are required to prove it

2020-12-02 05:42:06 UTC

Parler... for your Cult Trump News

2020-12-02 05:42:34 UTC

I want YOU (or someone else) to simply give an example of the minimum level of evidence required to convince you lol. Obviously what is available thus far has not convinced you.

2020-12-02 05:42:38 UTC

No, just for the news that main stream media doesn’t share🤣

2020-12-02 05:42:39 UTC

@Repeat, you just advanced to level 17!
