they can have issues and when you think there might be a problem spot you verify by audit of paper ballot recount and once Dems had the evidence they said dang we were wrong

2020-12-04 03:08:07 UTC

It's not being audited by Trump. They are merely used as a motivated party to find and challenge them to the Judge appointed expert.

2020-12-04 03:08:07 UTC

@songstrings I was in the military for nearly a decade, those chimps can’t even count-off from front to rear on a bus.

2020-12-04 03:08:11 UTC

I just want to dissolve the trump cult somehow, may be impossible. Well at least trump is old and his kids don’t seem as competent at building that kind of brand @JD~Jordan

2020-12-04 03:08:25 UTC

Lol he marches in to seize state election ballots and we'll see what happens.

2020-12-04 03:08:47 UTC

Ok buddy. Clearly you don't understand this let me help. If the Supreme Court affirms the lower courts ruling (as you stated they will) Trump loses. Because no lower courts have ruled in his favor.

2020-12-04 03:08:48 UTC

@Govcast IRL the Republican knew to. Didn't do anything about. It

2020-12-04 03:09:10 UTC

Like I said in general-chat, "when unequivocal evidence that the election in Georgia was conducted in violation of the U.S. Constitution, Federal and State Law, how can the election be legally certified? In a legal perspective, allowing the election to stand when it was Unconstitutional and unlawful, it would set a precendent that the Law no longer applies to Georgia elections. Other States would then follow suit if they see that no one is held accountable for noncompliance with the Law."

2020-12-04 03:09:17 UTC

Trump is not surprised by all this. He knew 2016 and he knows NOW.

2020-12-04 03:10:03 UTC

Just get rid of Georgia and all contested states and Biden wins by one point

2020-12-04 03:10:04 UTC

He bitches for the better part of a year about how if he loses, the election was rigged. Doesn't stop the rigging. Sounds legit.

2020-12-04 03:10:05 UTC

@PrivateEye yes he was crying fraud because he was the one committing it. Obvious tactic from a criminal

2020-12-04 03:10:06 UTC

are we looking for something? I didnt get a chance to watch the whole stream

2020-12-04 03:10:21 UTC

Why didn't Trump do something about this in 2018 when he signed an executive order to investigate the 2018 election

2020-12-04 03:10:26 UTC

Not correct. The auditing process is explained in the statute. The court doesnt get to pick an expert. The court can order the state to conduct an audit per statute... The statute controls the process.

2020-12-04 03:11:06 UTC

He did do something. The agency he formed said it was all good. We all know what happened next. Lmao.

2020-12-04 03:11:15 UTC

So your saying Trump is competent. HELLO from a loyal Trump cult member - Ha

2020-12-04 03:11:17 UTC

They're suing because they don't trust the state department to perform that correctly.

2020-12-04 03:11:34 UTC

They in fact think they failed at it the first time.

2020-12-04 03:11:36 UTC
2020-12-04 03:11:51 UTC

okay assume this happens with some envelopes ... then what? ... you suggested throwing out ballots based on a ratio but that's a probabilistic answer, yes it's the most probable answer mathematically but it's not the only possible answer and no judge is going to do that ... I'm saying they will argue on end about the subjective nature of signature validation before they throw out votes ... you're going to need some hard evidence of intention fraud NOT the poll workers did a poor job of signature validation

2020-12-04 03:11:56 UTC

@PrivateEye he is extremely competent In starting a cult

2020-12-04 03:12:04 UTC

Is @PrivateEye just a troll? I was trying to be nice but my students are more logical and reasoned

2020-12-04 03:12:11 UTC

He did nothing, he knew it

2020-12-04 03:12:12 UTC

@EllBrown, you just advanced to level 1!

2020-12-04 03:12:33 UTC

The way I see it, it is like a contract. If the contract is in violation of the law, it is invalid. The same, legally, applies to elections, if the Law is followed. If an election is in violation of the Law, it is invalid.

2020-12-04 03:13:07 UTC

👍 agreed

2020-12-04 03:13:45 UTC

Don't know what to tell you, ace. He's either incompetent or powerless. Pick which puddle of vomit you want to lick.

2020-12-04 03:13:49 UTC

Do you see the flaw with that... If all it takes is a party to say "they don't trust the state department to perform that correctly" then they set precedent for this to happen in every future election by the losing candidate.

Which is why we have to require a real reason to request the relief sought.

2020-12-04 03:14:21 UTC

can anyone link me the study please so I can read it thank you

2020-12-04 03:14:21 UTC

@Scott McHarris, you just advanced to level 1!

2020-12-04 03:14:28 UTC

Signature matching is ALREADY precedent in elections.

2020-12-04 03:14:50 UTC

Yes and the precedent is that the STATE conducts that match

2020-12-04 03:14:51 UTC

@JD~Jordan, you just advanced to level 11!

2020-12-04 03:14:52 UTC

Signature matching is very subjective

2020-12-04 03:15:06 UTC

GA asks for ids for mail in

2020-12-04 03:15:30 UTC

@JD~Jordan He isn't a troll. He's just a believer. Be nice. Cut him some slack.

2020-12-04 03:15:38 UTC

Even if there was zero fraud in an election, if the election was conducted in violation of the law, it is invalid. That is an angle I would argue when there is concrete evidence showing the election laws were not followed.

2020-12-04 03:17:00 UTC

the portion that was conducted illegally would be invalid, say for example the ballots returned after the original deadline was illegally extended would be invalid

2020-12-04 03:17:15 UTC

There was fraud. That will not slip by, it will be adjudicated.
