There is enough prove in that footage for Republican to make a case and I think a judge would possibly hear arugements on the matter and not toss it out like other cases as the footage meet the merits needed in a court case at both state and federal level.

For me I think Democrats have a good chance to take the 2 Georgia seats my thinking behind this is because the Republicans are telling there members NOT to vote using dominion.
