My views are, everyone has the right to belief as they wish. Everyone has the right to say what they wish as long as it doesn't interfere with another persons rights. I may not like something you say, but I'll defend your right to say it.

And just like the 2020 General Election. When it comes right down to it, it doesn't really matter who wins. What is of paramount importance is preserving the sanctity and integrity of the election. If the elections are wrought with fraud or wrong-doing, then investigate and audit the election. It makes no logical sense to try to oppose looking into allegations of fraud. If no fraud is found and all LEGAL votes counted and verified, it will do one of two things. Vindicate the honesty of one side or expose them. Election integrity is non-partisan.

Oh, they are out there. There are some who will say, "Biden won, get over it," or similar.

Personally, I am not registered as Democrat nor Republican. But I do hear every election cycle that votes have been switched from Republican to Democrat by the machine. America needs to just go back to the "old way" and use only paper ballots. Paper can be recycled, afterall...

There are officials that oppose a recount or audit. Why oppse something that will vindicate them if they are in the right and honest?

Here in my very rural neck of the woods in Oklahoma, when I went to vote on November 3, the vote machine scan thingy was down. Never thought anything of it.

All in all, the government of today has seriously gone beyond it's Constitutional limits. All political factions are guilty of it.

There are some that incorrectly believe that the People's Rights derive from the Constitution. That is the furthest from the truth! The Constitution places limitations upon the government by the People. Somewhere along the way, it because reversed...

Governments can only exist if the People, who created them, allow it. Once the creation becomes so large and begins to control its creator does it become tyrannical.

Any Powers that are not specifically granted to the government by the People in the Constitution are delegated to the States. Yet, we see today, many Powers the Federal Governent has granted itself outside the scope of the Constitution, which is a limiting and restrictive document.

Also, in New York, gatherings in excess of 10 are banned and in Oregon the arbitrary limit is 6 people. And, there are mandates "banning" thanksgiving and Christmas. There is talk of having certification to "prove" vaccination before being allowed to do, what was once, normal things. It is becoming like Germany, post 1933, "papers please!"

And then there is the Democrats "lists" of Republicans and their vow of never allowing them to work again.

*Every* administration fires the old and hires the new. Yet, in Trump's case, many times there were objections that, "he can't do that!" The last 4 years were wrought full of trying to remove the president. Hardly anything got done. The Biden team are telling everyone they just need to accept Joe as the next president and calls for unity yet they, to this day, have never accepted Trump and never allowed a peaceful transition. The hypocricy is deafening.

Even though I cared nothing about Obama, I accepted he was my president for 8 years. The Democrat party still calls Trump illigitimate and not their president. They have never gotten over it. Now, they are saying that because Biden is president elect, everyone needs to just get over it and accept it. When someone has an issue they want resolved before accepting the results of Biden, they are shut down and told, "Biden won, get over it." How can one even hope to accept the results when they are not even allowed to have a voice?

Actually, yes. Even registered Democrats are considered "members" of the Democrat Party, just as Republicans are considered "members" of the Republican Party. After all, they *are* registered as such.

Again, I am registered as neither a Democrat nor a Republican.

If one is representing a specific party, then they are, by default, representative of the views said party holds.

If you do not represent the views of said group, then you wouldn't be supportive of the group and would, thus, leave said group and either join one that is more representative or go Independent.

Every member of the Democrat Party is representative of the Party. It is the same with Republicans or any other political party. And, within *every* party, not everyone shares every view. But, as a whole, most persons within the group share the fundamental views of the party. Just because you don't share *all* of the views does not mean that the party you are a part of does not represent you. And further, if the views of the party is non-representative of your own views, why support and adhere to them?

There will *always* be disagreements within *every* party.

Here is a fundamental view of the two major parties:
Republican: pro-life
Democrat: pro-choice
Yet, there *are* a minority within each party that holds an opposing view.

There are Democrats that are pro-life and Republicans that are pro-choice -- yet that doesn't alter the *fundamental* views of the party.

As a Democrat, suppose that Sen. Schumer stated that anyone who has pure white hair needs to be interned in a facility against their will until death? Would you support this position? Most likely, not. Nevertheless, if such was passed and became Law, it would be a position held by the Democrat Party, who passed such a Law.

Over time, fundamental views *do* change. Once upon a time, there was a group know as the Ku Klux Klan that was formed as a "militant arm" of the Democrat Party. This is history. What has happened in the past cannot be changed, yet must not be forgotten so that the present can learn from the past to improve the future.

There are some Democrat members of Congress that are supporting AOC in this, such as Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar, etc

The Democrat members of the House of Representatives are, not only representatives of their districts but are, as members of the Democrat Party, representative of the party. It is the same as with how people within any presidents' administration do something, it falls back upon the president as they are representative of the president. That is why you hear things such as, for example, "Trump's administration has open a case against BeBop Industries to challenge them on mucis notes." Specifically, it wasn't Trump that did it, but those that are in his administration. Thus, various members are representative of the whole.

It is irrelevant whether a position is fundamental to the party or not. If the party takes a position, popular or not, it reflects upon the party as a whole.

Many, everywhere, will speak in *general* terms. Such as "Trump objected to the decision of the court," when, in reality, it was the Trump legal team. There is no point in being overly technical in details or various points will be missed.

For another example, "the Democrat Party has objected to the messure as presented in the House." But, technically, not every Democrat in the House opposed the measure and had voted for it.

There are many examples of such in the House where Democrats or Republicans blocked a measure yet not all approved or denied such measure.

Even if a vote in the House was, for the Democrats, 200 YEAS to 24 NAYS, it would still be stated as the Democrats voted upon the accord.

*Every* member of the House or Senate of each Party is a representative of their Party and the positions they hold, irrelative of the position.

Just as Nancy Pelosi, as Speaker of the House, if she holds a position, irrespective of what every member believes, even if every member opposes the position Nancy holds, it represents the position of the Democrat Party.

That's the Power of the position of Speaker of the House.

The actions of one can reflect upon the status of many by association.

Each member of the House and Senate are held to high standards. Each member of the House and Senate are representative of their respective party. If Mitch McConnell did something that was opposed by the majority of Senate Republicans, it would still reflect upon the Republican party as a whole.

The fundamentals of every party is highly dynamic, though the base remains the same. But, fundamental positions doesn't play much of a role in today's world. The Green New Deal is something new and not fundamental to the Democrat Party, yet is on it's way to defining it.

With the banning of fracking and restrictions upon the oil industry coming under Biden, the nation will suffer, especially places like Oklahoma, Pennsyvania, Texas, etc.

The United States will, once again, become oil dependent.

Industry will move back overseas and to China

The economy will suffer worse than it is now.

Here in Oklahoma, considering the Supreme Court has upheld the "Indian" territory, chances are we'll be the first to secede LOL
