I would participate in your mind game but in order to do so, I would have to accept everything you claim as fact….when, I cannot agree that it’s all factual. So, instead I’ve responded to your points.
1) There was absolutely fraud... There always is some fraud. Some get caught some don't. I believe that there are people on both sides of the political spectrum that are willing to do what it takes to help their chosen candidate win. I think it has been that way for a long time. It sucks and every single one that is caught should be prosecuted. I think that most election officials know that this is going to happen and while they'll do everything they can to prevent it, they will spend the majority of that effort to prevent wide-spread fraud, because they know that ultimately the small time fraud is a zero sum game as neither side is more or less likely to partake.

My Response: Yes, there’s always fraud. However….mail-in ballots in massive amounts across the nation open up huge doors for fraud to pour in. No reputable democracy allows this kind of mail in ballot mess due to the ease of fraud.

2) President Trump has told his supporters repeatedly for at least 7 months that there would be massive fraud and that the only way he would lose is if Biden and/or his supporters cheated.

My Response: Agreed. He warned supporters repeatedly – especially when states started enacting rules about mass mail in voting….which, as I said earlier, no other democracy accepts because of the possibility of massive fraud.

3) After the 2016 election, the DHS has been working to make elections more secure. In 2018, Trump formalized this effort by creating the CISA group and handpicked Chris Krebs to head it. This group established standards for voter equipment certification, implemented sophisticated anti-hacking measures, implemented video surveillance at counting facilities (many live-streamed), encouraged states to replace systems that didn't have paper ballot backups that could be used to verify the electronic vote tallies.

My Response: 2 years of “securing” went out the window when mass mail-in voting was allowed (against the laws/constitutions in several states, I might add).

4) With recounts in GA and WI showing that the paper ballots match the electronically tabulated totals, if votes were flipped, someone had to have replaced real paper ballots for Trump with fake ballots for Biden (either leaving down-ballot races blank or guessing on likely down-ballot votes hoping it would be close enough) - either between the time they were cast and when they were tabulated (no flipping via Dominion needed) or after tabulation to match any flipped votes by precinct.

My Response: Too many seasoned election workers came forward about “pristine” mail in ballots during said recount. How can mail in ballots not even have a crease where they’d been folded to put in their secrecy enveloped? On the ballot recreation, it isn’t all that difficult. All it took was one election worker with a thumb drive of the ballots or an outside actor pulling them off a Google Drive where they’d been placed for a printer to access. This is why the investigator (I believe it was Ramsland) encouraged the legislators to have the ballots forensically tested in the mail-in counting centers.

5) To date, only circumstantial evidence has been found. No one has found direct evidence of a conspiracy - we have not found and no whistleblower has come forward with evidence of meetings, coordination, plans, computer records, recruiting efforts, instructions, actual ballots that had been replaced by forged ones, addresses to where excessive numbers of unrelated voters were sent mail-in ballots, etc. The only evidence that has been brought forward are: a disputed history of Dominion conspiring with a dead dictator to switch votes for Biden, reports of contentious and possible suspicious behavior, and attempts to identify patterns in voting data that could support that wide-spread fraud had occurred.

My Response: If you were part of this mess, would YOU come forward? Holy cow, no way. Others have come forward who witnessed things – some of those have been involved in the process for decades and aren’t “seeing things that aren’t there.” We’ve had several USPS whistleblowers. But whistleblowers who were actually involved…no way in hades will we have one of those come forward and say, “Yep, it was me. I was part of the fraud perpetrated on the entire nation.” It would ruin their lives forever.

Also....you don't actually need tons of people. You need a few key people who improperly train election workers, print ballots, get them into the ballot counting senter (possibly even in secure ballot storage boxes)....

Well, the safe harbor deadline I don't believe applies to SCOTUS rulings, only state legislatures selecting their electors.

Could be wrong, knowledge on the subject is fuzzy when it comes to details. I think what's going on is they're waiting on the PA legislature to make a move or not before scotus takes the case.

Case in point, you assert without backing it up that massive mail-in fraud was a certainty without backing your claim. I believe that it would be nearly impossible to commit coordinated, widespread voter fraud without some traceable artifact. Matt Braynard attempted to find this in his Voter Integrity Project effort. I applauded his efforts, but I think he came up short in proving fraud, but he identified possible indications of fraud and, apparently, has shared that with the FBI, who will hopefully follow up on it. It is important to know the truth one way or another. The think about mail-in voter fraud is that you have to tell them where to send the ballot so you can receive it, fill it out, and send it back. Some people have suggested that rented mailboxes might be used for this purpose, but I know from having rented them in the past that you must provide identification and usually a credit card.

So, I have heard Trump's claim that mail-in voting will be fraudulent and I have heard him assert that no other country does it, but I have not seen anyone provide a reasonable explanation how anyone could pull off massive voter fraud without leaving a massive, easily discernable footprint.

I mean, we've really had little else to work off of than massive, easily discernable footprints to base these allegations on. It's just a matter of if the media wants the public to be aware or not. Doesn't seem to be in their interest.
