GA law requires them at NO stage
It doesnt say may not
@em they didn’t mislead, the poll watchers were confused. They also weren’t required for the counting process
That highlighted portion does not speak to primary purpose. But... glad you pointed that out. They did have access. They chose to leave.
Then stop fucking pretending like there's a difference between Processing and Counting
@em If anyone joins a room like this and claim offense, my office is open from monday at 0800.
Ah yes confused. All of them. and all of them signing affidavits. Confused.

If the poll watchers are asked to leave, then they will. They took their sweet time packing up before "receiving a phone call" that @james j 's media report alleged, which came after they pulled these ballot box suitcases out.
@em yes mass confusion due to a overhead announcement is common. You never seen a crowd clear out of a place
There is NO stage that Watchers are REQUIRED
@Recalibar they weren’t . Poll workers were told they could go home, not poll watchers
It could have been an honest mistake also. Just miscommunication not intentional.
It's carefully edited to try and explain away wrongdoing.
Omg
You guys will come up with any excuse
Poll watchers went home as well.
Thinking it was done. Then the workers came back to break state law.
Thats what happened to germany in 1918!
Ive heard this argument, and i raise you the fact that miscommunication can happen, to the fact that after its discovered to be exactly that, you don’t continue misunderstanding
you don’t just continue going because oh
we werent supposed to stop
go get the people who left
They’re not gone
@Recalibar hence they were confused when they overheard on the loud speaker poll workers could go home
You do if you're the government
I would appreciate that if this were the case, they would be honest.
Like, actually.
James im gonna block u
@em, you just advanced to level 5!
Which is why they continued
@james j "Ding-dong. This is a message to all poll watchers. Please go home. The election is now over."
that is a shitty argument and you know it
This is hilarious 🍿
Honestly, a lot of my concerns with the video would be alleviated if the poll workers came forward and said "hey, we made a mistake, we should not have been counting those ballots, this was clearly an error on our part but those were official ballots that needed to be counted and we regret that the poll watchers went home."
It's even more hilarious that your popcorn emoji has a "click to learn more" hover feature.
But Nah. "Not a mistake. No wrong-doing."
Over and over again yes
