Who knew you could send money to YouTube live streamers?๐Ÿ˜†

2020-12-05 02:41:14 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Law V Whitmer?

2020-12-05 02:41:48 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

I haven't heard anything ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

2020-12-05 02:53:15 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

I'm pretty sure "trust in the system" is already permanently damaged, and has been for some time now.

2020-12-05 02:59:04 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Kinda at the heart of my response to @Maw was the fact that, no... There's really no guarantees with .gov. They won't act in the best interest of anyone with any regularity, and the law really only seems to apply to anyone when convenient.

2020-12-05 03:12:40 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

So, one thing I was wondering, and @RobertGrulerEsq kinda illuminated on my question about that, was whether or not a SCOTUS consideration on a case regarding widespread voter fraud, would be able to factor in testimony presented in various states.

e.g., we have Carone in MI stating that she observed people running the same batch of ballots through the machines repeatedly, without following proper procedure.
If you look at this video, starting at 9:40, you can observe the lady with the purple shirt take a stack of ballots, and run that same batch through the machine repeatedly.
https://youtu.be/cbTSUkA8xgI?t=580

This is a hypothetical question, as no case has reached SCOTUS that considers that scope, as far as I know.

If SCOTUS had a question of, "Was there widespread fraud in the 2020 election, to the point it substantially altered the results of the election?", then would they be able to consider the context I propose?

2020-12-05 03:15:37 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

What part of it was debunked? It's my understanding that Brian Kemp has begun to insist on signature verification as a result of the hearing in GA, in which this video (although, not the composite video), was released.

2020-12-05 03:17:56 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

I would definitely like to hear testimony from Ruby Freeman, her daughter, and the rest of the people in that room.

2020-12-05 03:19:33 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

I have seen a lot things that make me wonder why no one is in prison, yet ๐Ÿ™‚

2020-12-05 03:25:49 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

There's a lot more to the GA story than anyone is really talking about, though. As far as I can tell, Pro V&V, the agency that was used to certify the Dominion systems in GA is affiliated with Dominion itself.

There are some concerning issues there, for sure.

1.) https://sos.ga.gov/admin/uploads/Dominion_Test_Cert_Report.pdf

2.) https://www.brennancenter.org/sites/default/files/2020-10/STATE_DEFENDANTS%27_RESPONSE_TO_THE_COURT%E2%80%99S_ORDER%2C_%5BDOC.%20957%5D.pdf

3.) Some questionable news regarding same: https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/12/just-stunning-georgia-secretary-state-hired-dominion-linked-firm-conduct-audit-dominion-voting-systems/

2020-12-05 03:26:26 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

I'm not a lawyer, though, so I might just be an idiot...

2020-12-05 03:29:14 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]
2020-12-05 03:35:35 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

In terms of the flash drive handoff... I mean, I'm not sure that was a flash drive, but as someone who has lived in the Houston area for ~20 years, and who has found occasion to befriend folks from all walks of life, what I saw in that clip was what appeared to be a drug deal, or a "passing of notes" as it were.

The participants were aware of camera orientation, and saw fit to conceal their actions. I'd say it's less cognitive bias, and more, "I've spent my fair share of time in the 'hood."

2020-12-05 03:46:18 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Given the complete lack of chain of custody, and the ability to fabricate ballots, I would not find it unreasonable to think that some time after the complete vote total that was going to be committed to, a set of additional ballots to match that vote total wouldn't be a deliverable item toward that end.

e.g., if you finish off the election period with 100 votes for A and 73 for B, and need to raise B to 120 votes to kinda give a buffer of fraud there, then re-scanning ballots to the tune of 47 or so extra votes for B would be a relatively simple thing to do...

Then you just need to introduce an additional 47 ballots to make up the difference.

Real total votes: 173
Total votes with fraud: 220

2020-12-05 03:48:44 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Yes... Diluted booze is a wicked practice!

2020-12-05 03:49:48 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

You mean, like this?

2020-12-05 03:51:36 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

We can the unfree press.... Stop supporting them.

2020-12-05 03:52:18 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Build back better!

2020-12-05 03:56:48 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Google, FB, et. al. should be free to do all the stupid things they want to do to experiment with and manipulate people on their platforms.

We The People should be smart enough not to empower them, and delegate our sovereignty to people that would abuse us in these ways.

Regardless of the circumstances, the government has no business in this discussion, in my opinion. 230 should stand.

2020-12-05 03:57:25 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Google is not the government. Facebook is not the government. Twitter is not the government. The Bill of Rights applies to government. ONLY.

2020-12-05 03:59:40 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

If you think FB, Twitter, et. al. "govern" free speech, then what you're really saying is that the government should control platforms such as FB, Twitter, Discord, etc, in order to provide a public space for people to have dialog, is that right?

2020-12-05 04:02:36 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

That makes no sense...

2020-12-05 04:05:07 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Ok, I can see some common ground on this issue. Would you venture to say that the ability to type messages that can be read by others, on a given platform, is analogous to having a phone or in-person conversation with that same person(s)?

2020-12-05 04:07:43 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Hahaha, I'm not *that* old, but I'm a telco programmer. I've worked on PBXs that're older than I am.

2020-12-05 04:10:32 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Technically, the telcos are doing that, too, with spam blocking features...

2020-12-05 04:12:15 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

G'night!

2020-12-05 04:13:54 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Yeah.... Robocallers call in with a variety of BS messages and the like. I developed filters that would pre-process the call before delivering the call to humans. If the initial content was mostly indicative of a robocaller campaign, it was blocked.

It's a similar thing for numbers that get reported as spam, and carriers like T-mobile and Verizon provide indicators that a call is "likely spam".

2020-12-05 04:30:48 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

I would argue that it would not be similar at all. There's a massive divide between administration and maintenance over 10s of thousands of copper wires, and the communications that take place among the 10s of millions of copper and fiber wires.

Not to mention the fact that it's a fairly trivial pursuit to retain control over a wide network of individual corporations.

At the end of the day, if you "break up" alphabet, for example, what you'll end up with is an even more difficult litigious landscape.

2020-12-05 04:32:42 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

That's not (only) what alphabet does, though...

2020-12-05 04:35:02 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

I think if you split those corporations up, you're just going to make it harder to control them. I also maintain that the government should not be trying to control them, but, rather, We The People should let them starve to death as we move on to better things that the government also doesn't control.

2020-12-05 04:39:55 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Now, if you want to talk about breaking up an organization... Amazon has a massive stake in a huge percentage of all the corporations in the US, and a lot of those abroad, as well...

2020-12-05 04:41:05 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Wednesday, the 25th, they took out about 1/4 of web traffic in the US because of a bug in their thread management in a secondary service they use for analysis, called Kinesis.

What do you know about AWS? ๐Ÿ™‚

2020-12-05 04:43:37 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Which cert?

2020-12-05 04:45:21 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Which AWS cert are you looking at?

2020-12-05 04:47:14 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

That's a pretty simple one to obtain. I got the DevOps Professional cert at RE:Invent last year in Vegas. Probably the hardest test I've ever taken in my life.

2020-12-05 04:49:10 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

The practitioner exam is pretty much just being able to regurgitate all the descriptions for their various services. If you just click through all the offerings and read the docs, you'll ace it.

2020-12-05 04:51:21 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

I create an FB account in order to run for Mayor. So far 2/8 Councilmen have blocked me, and the Mayor has yet to accept my request ๐Ÿ™‚

2020-12-05 04:51:34 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

I'm "friends" with his wife, though.

2020-12-05 04:52:24 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

I'd been working with AWS for about 8 years before I took that test.

2020-12-05 04:53:55 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Pasadena, Texas. I am a registered Republican and vote in the primaries, and also tried to bail the TX Republican Convention out when the whole "voting system" turned out to be a farce, but these days I'm pretty disappointed in all parties and politicians.

2020-12-05 04:56:31 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

I think they call that 4chan...

2020-12-05 04:57:32 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Probably. What do you want to do?

2020-12-05 04:59:31 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Do you like the idea of bulk communication for political purposes, in a non-annoying way?

2020-12-05 05:00:07 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

That's why I like him.

2020-12-05 05:00:41 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Yeah... Communicating with 10s of thousands of people, simultaneously.

2020-12-05 05:01:42 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Do you live in the US?

2020-12-05 05:03:18 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

And then get invalidated after the Wood charge ๐Ÿ˜†

2020-12-05 05:49:26 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

There are a few of them out there.

2020-12-05 05:51:39 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Probably... That's what I find most entertaining about my foray into that space. I know far more than I'm able to disclose.

2020-12-05 06:03:45 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

If you only read the MSM headlines, yes.

2020-12-05 06:05:31 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

That's not what I'm saying, either.

2020-12-05 06:06:11 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

The number one issue with policing today, IMO, is the laws and ordinances they're expected to enforce

2020-12-05 06:07:12 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Have you ever looked at how many "unlawfully carrying" charges are filed in your county/state?

2020-12-05 06:08:16 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

There are a shitload. In Texas. In spite of the Second Amendment.

2020-12-05 06:09:23 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

I disagree. Some people just need to be punched in the face. Others, they just need to be shot.

2020-12-05 06:10:06 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

But, zero tolerance policies and the like have created a generation that lopsided on violence. The bulk of the population is afraid to stand up for themselves, and the rest are violent criminals.

2020-12-05 06:11:46 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

There are unspeakably evil people in the world. Are you saying that I'm a horrible person for thinking those sorts of people ought not be around?

2020-12-05 06:12:53 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

I suppose you haven't seen the fallout from Azerbaijan?

2020-12-05 06:13:42 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Would you like to see relatively innocent Christians being beheaded for their faith?

2020-12-05 06:15:03 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

"Our bombs" - If you take ownership of those bombs, do you think you're responsible for those bombs being dropped on those children?

2020-12-05 06:17:45 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

But then you mitigate punishment for those officers who do horrible stuff while the camera is off... It's basically the vote fraud case we're looking at today. "Oh, it's not on video? Didn't happen. Maybe a wrist slap, if that."

2020-12-05 06:22:34 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

I agree with that in some instances. There are certain patrols that are more "dicey", and not every cop is equal, especially with the politicized hiring processes we have these days (at least in Texas). Partners that have a good synergy tend to get through things better, but I think mixing it up from time to time would help spread knowledge and insight. The worst thing on a police force, though, is an officer that is just doing it as a job, though. When things go all the way to hell, you need to be able to depend on partner for support.

2020-12-05 06:24:13 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

It seems that way, sometimes =/

2020-12-05 06:27:39 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

That's the crux of the issue, IMO. We The People, on average, are weak, apathetic, and mostly useless. All of these laws that've been passed over the last 150 years or so, where we've abdicated our responsibility, have seen government grow to fulfill those voids, inadequately, the entire time.

2020-12-05 06:29:39 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

You know there's an organization for that already, right? It's called CALEA.

2020-12-05 06:32:34 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Have a good one!

2020-12-05 06:34:14 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

So you're saying that whatever mass movement comes about, should be catered to in some measurable, yet benign degree, so as to skyline the trouble-makers to make prosecution easier?

2020-12-05 06:36:03 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

"This one" being BLM, right? You've got a lot of people unhappy about a lot of things that span decades, and then a minor percentage that want to loot and burn and so forth, right?

2020-12-05 06:39:21 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

I'm confused... BLM sparked that conversation between you and Waffle. I quote, "Problem is they are operating under cover of legitimate protests.", within the context of Waffle talking about people burning things down...

2020-12-05 06:40:43 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

As Mayor, I intend to sue him, and cause a lot of other issues, as well as completely disregard his orders (that fall outside of our state constitution, as well as the US constitution)

2020-12-05 06:43:35 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Ok.... #1 - BLM is ostensibly geared toward police reform. Also, as a result of BLM protests, lots of stuff got burned and looted. I don't see how these two things are unrelated, or how your response here doesn't address both to some degree:

2020-12-05 06:46:02 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

I guess, the important aspect to me is that:

Police officers are human beings.
So is everyone else.

We ALL have the same rights.

What exactly do you expect from reforming police? That no one is ever killed by a police officer again? What about those police officers that are killed? Should they have no right to self defense?

What about those police officers defending other people and/or their property? Should they not do that? What are you asking for?

2020-12-05 06:48:24 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Are you talking about MUT?

2020-12-05 06:50:05 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Yeah, there's a pedophile down here that runs HoustonNewsNow that's like that... Somehow no one has found occasion to shoot him, yet, even though he walks all the way up to the line, and puts a few toes across on occasion.

2020-12-05 06:51:38 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

NO ONE should be above the law.

2020-12-05 06:52:06 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Are you talking about moral utility theory? Motivating people to behave in certain ways?

2020-12-05 06:53:27 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Ok, it's basically a framework for motivating people to behave in certain (presumably moral) ways.

2020-12-05 06:55:16 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Ok... Was Waffle on the same page as you? I think we diverged somewhere, but if I'm picking up what you're putting down, then maybe we just misunderstood each other.

2020-12-05 06:56:01 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

What do you know about the harding street raid?

2020-12-05 06:56:58 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

It was Rhogenia Nicholas, and Dennis Tuttle.. yes

2020-12-05 06:57:05 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

AND their dog.

2020-12-05 06:58:27 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Earlier you said you had some Q connects or so...

2020-12-05 06:59:18 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

That incident was about as close as I've come to open violent revolt.

2020-12-05 07:03:01 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

So, in that case, Gerald Goines had a daughter that got high at their house... Him and his buddies cooked up a scheme to raid the place, and, well, their dog kinda ruined it for them. They ended up shooting each other, killing the dog, the man, and the woman.

2020-12-05 07:03:38 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Oh, and another participant caught a charge on filing a false police report...

2020-12-05 07:04:29 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Which citizens? They're all citizens.

2020-12-05 07:05:24 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

A man, a woman, and their dog were murdered that day. They were murdered as result of a no knock raid warrant signed by a judge convinced of probable cause by fabricated evidence on behalf of Goines and his friend.

2020-12-05 07:05:39 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

(and a 911 call by yet another friend, who kinda put it all in motion in the first place)

2020-12-05 07:06:01 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

But, the prime mover in that case was Goines's daughter getting high in their house.

2020-12-05 07:06:48 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #general-chat]

Interestingly enough, that pedophile auditor I mentioned earlier actually brought a lot of that information to the public..
