Possibly... If that was what happened. Fortunately, that's not an accurate description of what transpired.
Which Republicans, obviously, believed they had done... until their guy didn't win.
Typical radical right belligerent, obnoxious hypocrisy.
Not this time.
Actually, you can say that with the Texas suit, it kind of nullifies the difference between who created the law. Pennsylvanians created an illegal law.
@Dreadnaught, you just advanced to level 4!
Created an illegal law 😂
They should correct that procedural error before 2022.
Why does Texas think they have a say in other states Constitutions blatant violation
Lmao ikr
Pick a lane, guys.
@TaLoN132 if they agreed bipartisan to make us all slaves again would u fine that to be legit?
@♤amanda, you just advanced to level 2!
It's not even the federal government messing with states rights they are a state
Frankly, I don't know. But the've filed a suit against 4 different states.
@Dedkraken shit injection into the game.
I think California and New York should write all Texas tax gun abortion and regulation laws
Republic! (cept when we's sad)
Texas is about to be a brand new state 😂
All purply
Theres no people in those states anyways they wont mind
i hope i don't get sent to texas...next stop texas..
Ain't nothing in Texas but steers
and people who misinterpret law
Lou Dobbs said Trump has to hire Democrat lawyers so they can win some lawsuits 😂
An unconstitutional law is unconstitutional from its inception. That is a well established precedent. No procedural ploy such as lack of timeliness will negate those established precedents. The PA S. Ct failure to hear a case on those issues doesn’t change that law either.
Frankly, this election isn't between Donald Trump and Joe Biden. It's between the US Constitution and Chinese Rule
Wow... every logical fallacy is being used against me today. That doesn't even deserve a response.
This whole time I'm wondering what the snowflake response would be if you told Republicans you were going to throw away a couple hundred thousand of their votes because of a Democrat congress legislative error which they held onto until they didn't get the election result they wanted.
(I don't really wonder. I think we all know.)
Now fear mongering... Are you just going down the authoritarian handbook list of talking points.
@TaLoN132 Im not using anything against you. I'm asking questions to understand at what point u think the government is over reaching their bounds.
Here comes the fake forensic evidence against dominion machines. Who would have thought when they said we just need to check out the machines and we can put this behind us was dishonest 💩 💩 💩
You can't plant fraud if you don't have access, silly.
In 2008 the gop was harping against Russia as a talking point , now they love Russia and harp against China.
@Dedkraken Listen to this from 4:34 already coming up with excuses as to why they wont believe the dominion machine audits. These people don’t want evidence they just want to win and when they are shown to be wrong they will just dismiss it as a conspiracy the democrats are doing https://youtu.be/MlO1UtywL6o
I posted this days ago
@Dreadnaught Hey, we're going to throw your vote away because a bunch of Democrats screwed up making the law that allowed your vote. Sorry for your luck.
I didn't mean it that way... I was pointing out that you were comparing apples and oranges. It's not a valid argument, in my opinion, to say what if it was about slavery, because it's not about slavery. Also, the point about bi-partisanship is to point out the hypocrisy of Republican lawmakers claiming a law that they passed in good faith is suddenly unconstitutional. This isn't a case where a Democratic legislature unilaterally forced an unconstitutional law on the PA people. And... If Trump had won, they would be shouting from the rooftops that Dems were trying to overrule the will of the people by challenging this law. It's just intellectually dishonest.
Trump will never quit Hannity. Relationships have their ups and downs but in the end, there is mutually parasitic love.
It's about "if it's not constitutional, it doesn't matter who passed it"
