It is a representative democracy. The voters elected their representatives to make laws. That's what they did.
That's incredibly daft. You do understand how the constitution works, right?
And then penalizing the people who used the bank by taking their money. Good plan.
It's a dishonest time to try and change the rules citizens have to follow to vote
@Dreadnaught unless they established the Intent of the Robber. It's okay. The will of the Robber has Spoken!....lol
When was that?
After the fact? Yeah that doesn't sound like a good time to do that.
Now after millions of votes on the line
Idk. Maybe it's cool.
As you guys stated before, it's up to the state to establish those rules within their own framework. They didn't follow their own framework.
@TaLoN132 id have to disagree. We are a constitutionally republic. The elected officials don't get to make what ever rule they want. It has to be within the constitution.
They appear to have gone to great lengths to make a distinction between Mail-in and Absentee in an effort to side-step the constitutional concerns. The very people who now want to call it unconstitutional - and who would be fighting to say that it is constitutional, if Trump had won.
'I'm fine with overruling American votes.' ~ The Radical Right
You do realize that Kelly won his election and if this suit is successful, he will lose, right?
The purpose of election laws isnt to setup a system see how you did in the election then try to roll it back to win against the will of the people. This should be obvious
"I'm fine with invalidating the entire election to keep people from having to vote despite Fauci saying it's safe" - Democrats (who are all radical)
Not stealing from PA voters today, pal. Guess again.
Possibly... If that was what happened. Fortunately, that's not an accurate description of what transpired.
Which Republicans, obviously, believed they had done... until their guy didn't win.
Typical radical right belligerent, obnoxious hypocrisy.
Actually, you can say that with the Texas suit, it kind of nullifies the difference between who created the law. Pennsylvanians created an illegal law.
@Dreadnaught, you just advanced to level 4!
Created an illegal law đŸ˜‚
They should correct that procedural error before 2022.
Why does Texas think they have a say in other states Constitutions blatant violation
Lmao ikr
Pick a lane, guys.
@TaLoN132 if they agreed bipartisan to make us all slaves again would u fine that to be legit?
@♤amanda, you just advanced to level 2!
It's not even the federal government messing with states rights they are a state
Frankly, I don't know. But the've filed a suit against 4 different states.
@Dedkraken shit injection into the game.
I think California and New York should write all Texas tax gun abortion and regulation laws
Republic! (cept when we's sad)
Texas is about to be a brand new state đŸ˜‚
All purply
