The facts don't support this... The Trump campaign has millions of dollars to track down every single potential instance of fraud that Braynard identified. They could parade them all in front of state legislatures one by one. Turn them over to authorities for arrest on 3 counts each offense - identity theft, mail fraud, voter fraud. It would be EASY for someone with that kind of money to hire an army of PI's to chase each lead down. It would offer definitive proof - and time is running out. The fact that they haven't should be telling. The burden of proof is on the Trump campaign.

I do not blindly follow Trump. You are wrong there.

2020-12-09 23:47:30 UTC

@Vegas.James, you just advanced to level 4!

2020-12-09 23:48:35 UTC

if trump tells @james j to jump...

I literally would have been a lot less pissed off if someone came forward in the elections office from GA and said "Well, we fucked up." But the MO seems to be no investigation, no public media search to find the source of the ballots, no wild conspiracy to hunt down the "real story" by the media with the ultimate conclusion being "nah, it was all a misunderstanding." None of that happened. We literally watched what looked like ocean's 11 style theft happen, no media going nuts in "Oh fuuuuuck we got em" outside of Fox news, it's a NO NOTHING HAPPENED IT'S GUCCI EVERYTHING WAS LOCK STEP

2020-12-09 23:49:35 UTC

That's red flags. No media investigation or nothing. No crazy stories. They literally could have been covering this thing for weeks and it would have captivated millions of people. Think of the ratings. Think of the self-interest.

2020-12-09 23:49:42 UTC

Yeah they are scared the city will burn if they go with Trump, they left the burden on outsiders and hope to run out the clock.

2020-12-09 23:50:31 UTC

The media is not acting self-interested. They're acting party interested when they don't hop on the conspiracy bandwagon. The bias glows.

I think regardless of whatever arises, the burden of proof is on the plaintiffs to prove that it happened beyond any reasonable doubt. But this has been an uphill battle for day one, even if they could prove the election was compromised to the extent that the results were overturned fraudulently, there isn't an easy way to provide relief that wouldn't disenfranchise millions who did vote legitimately.

2020-12-09 23:52:11 UTC

These are contemporary accounts where you see that there was confusion about when people were stopping or not. They stopped separating ballots from envelopes at one point, but they had planned to continue scanning the ones that they had already separated.

2020-12-09 23:52:13 UTC

Sketchy vote counting should always raise a red flag. I have not heard of a single person catching Covid while working the polls or counting votes indoors. Or in the mail, odd isn't it?

2020-12-09 23:53:01 UTC

You haven't heard about the massive surge going on right now???

2020-12-09 23:53:10 UTC

I like the part where the scene looks totally different when they asked everyone cleared out vs. the scene in the media coverage. In all honesty, thanks for the clip. It pretty plainly shows what the scene should look like while ballots are counted, and everything is indeed done legally.

2020-12-09 23:53:32 UTC

From voting day? No. Not one case from in person voting.

2020-12-09 23:54:55 UTC

There are 2 independent activities going on in the room. Separating and scanning. Separating is slower and requires more people. They wait until there is enough to scan. That's why you see batches.

2020-12-09 23:55:21 UTC

Where is the line of Democrats screaming foul? They got the result they wanted and now are holding on to spike the ball and run out the clock.

2020-12-09 23:55:50 UTC

I imagine an unbiased media would be like "*Ellection officials were said to be working on scene on the ground, but were they really? Tonight, we have a special investigation on what "really happened" that night when Fulton county continued their ballot counts, stay tuned, it's going to be BIG!*" And then they literally play superbowl funded ads, milk the story for like, three days, and then drop it that weekend and move on to Covid coverage as they report to find nothing. That's an unbiased media.

2020-12-09 23:55:55 UTC

The only proven case of mail-in voter fraud that I have seen was a PA voter that attempted to vote twice for Trump.

2020-12-09 23:56:23 UTC

All activity in the room needs supervision. Look what happens when you break the rules.

2020-12-09 23:57:27 UTC

They're still counting?

2020-12-09 23:57:34 UTC

Jesus

2020-12-09 23:58:23 UTC

Wouldn't be surprised.

2020-12-09 23:58:26 UTC

Thank God. My phone is dying. I will catch you guys later. Peace.

2020-12-09 23:58:31 UTC

They are on the third count caus Trump wanted to waste tax dollars 😂

2020-12-09 23:59:11 UTC

Actually it's money he fundraised through his campaign

2020-12-09 23:59:20 UTC

No its not

2020-12-09 23:59:32 UTC

I like how @RobertGrulerEsq put it last night. "Think of the states as people."

In this case, GA, PA, WI, and MI are the thieving, cheating, drug abusing deadbeats in the family, and we've all decided it's time for an intervention.

2020-12-10 00:00:00 UTC

Whoa, hold the pitch forks there @jfindley

2020-12-10 00:00:00 UTC

WI cost Trump money to count. GA puts the cost on taxpayers by law

2020-12-10 00:00:25 UTC

Well all I see is waste so why not waste it on something worth wasting it on. Biden will be thankful 3 counts still made him the winner if he wins the 3rd time.

2020-12-10 00:00:28 UTC

Not a perfect analogy, re: CA, OR, WA, etc, but with respect to these fools, serious family business is taking place and they're holding us all up.

2020-12-10 00:00:30 UTC

what was the point to buy all those voting machines, they end up hand counting them all anyway

2020-12-10 00:00:51 UTC

To save time, they expected a large influx of mail in ballots after all @Phil
