I think the Supreme Court may deal with the state administration changing election rules versus the state legislation but I don't think they'll touch the whole did the state legislature make a unconstitutional (via the state constitution) law issue

The issue is people need to start lookign into how easy it is to just set up their own platform, then major social media would be surrounded by competitors, and censorship would not be an issue...however, section 230 becomes a problem because it allows one to police w/o being policed ... it's remove would return us to the original situation, one is responsible to the extent one is not involved. Thus responsibility would bear a direct relationship to accountability.

I think that some part of the SCOTUS decision will be to weigh in on whether extenuating circumstances like the understanding that a pandemic could factor into whether the state's appointed election officials would be able to make certain temporary accommodations for their citizens under sweeping responsibilities given to ensure free and safe elections. I think there is a case to be made for it and it might be a way out for them. Governments are often granted extraordinary powers in times of crises. I think it will also matter the timing of the changes - were they reasonable when they were enacted versus what we might think now.

so the SCOTUS case is not a fraud case it's a procedural case ... it is alleged that the states didn't follow the US Constitution in running their election and thus infringed upon the voters in the states that did ... there is no allegation of fraud
