Hahahaha
Did anyone notice how in Chicago Bernie got more votes than trump!?
In my personal experience I know that ballots went missing my grandmother asked for one twice and never received one once, my hubby was told to spoil his ballot and the machine took it anyway. Anecdotalsure but all influencing why I am suspicious.
GUYS THE CALL OF THE scotus JUDGES IS IT BEING STEAMED
If the Respondents/Defendants are in Control and Custody of the Evidence. A Order for Discovery would be required.
don’t think i replied to you, instead commented new. i may give up on this discord thing, can’t figure out how to keep track of convos! anyhow see pg 25. https://www.supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/22/22O155/162953/20201207234611533_TX-v-State-Motion-2020-12-07%20FINAL.pdf
@William Dinan i think they have some discovery in the NV or MI case, i forget which. they were granted some access to the machines for an audit?
From experience (and this is total speculation), developers will often add features to make things simpler for testing certain operations. In my systems, I make sure that these non-functional features are never available to the end users. However, developers that are working on screens or reports will often want to create different scenarios using whatever data is in the system. Being able to manipulate data in the system could be used to test report output, test certain screen functionality, and such. I have not seen the administration screens from the DVS system, but if they did have those functions exposed and available to the end user, it shows laziness and would be an indicator to me of sloppy coding practices. I have very high coding standards on my projects, so I feel that way about most development projects that I have evaluated in the past.

@Scott McHarris where?
@Zuluzeit not sure
@TaLoN132 interesting. i get what you mean to exercise the system but then disable it when it is depolyed
Discord is very much like Microsoft Teams in concept.
what's possible and what happened are two different items ... fraud is possible but the point of election security measures is to prevent it from happening and catch it when it does ... role of courts is to adjudicate allegations of election fraud ... so far I've been impressed by how well each is doing their job
> @Zuluzeit not sure
@Darkangael :(
And Slack...
@x96petersen1 don't give up just takes getting used to
@meglide yes but remember that only a few months ago they were talking about having the most secure election system in history. clearly this is not the case if we are to believe some of the witness statements
Do you think voter fraud experts would leave a trail?
thank you for the encouragement @Darkangael and for the tips!!
Thanks... I appreciate it.
I'm not sure.
and why should we believe them if the courts have yet to find them believable?
@meglide they are making huge claims, the evidence they have is not proportional to the claims they are making and the relief they are seeking. it may take years to fully unravel the whole thing, if ever
@Phil a few months ago Trump claimed the only way he could lose is thru election fraud and that he would sue if that happened ... not surprised in the number of legal cases ... it possible that we just had the most secure election in history and Trump lost ... absent of compelling evidence to the contrary why should we believe otherwise
Is there any way to match a particular vote cast back to person who cast it?
yeah exactly ... meanwhile the Trump team is raking in huge donations spending only a fraction of that on legal expenses ... believe the Supreme Court will pretty much put a stop to it by Mon
If the election was so close, I think it should only be required that fraud be looked into because these states where it was so close, fraud makes the difference. I'm not going to lie, what happened in Michigan seems very suspicious in Detroit. Mostly democrats working the polls. They were clearly pushing Republicans out. Why would a polling center do this if they were not trying to take control of the situation
Treating the election as some revolutionary war. Literally fighting the opposition
@meglide but there are clear areas where it is not secure. it is not secure in the sense that they didn't verify signatures or in some instances prevent poll-watchers. the voting lists themselves were not kept up-to-date and they were not cleaned properly of illegal aliens or people moving state. there were some counties that objected to certifying local results.
It's crazy how much it just sold for... $27.7B... I mean, it's basically a pretty BBS. That may be the craziest software company acquisition in history.
I believe all Ballots are Secret. Once Mail In Ballots are opened and remove them from the Envelope they are not Traceable to a Voter.
@meglide none of these imply fraud, but to go forward these will have to be addressed for the future government to function
@William Dinan if a system designer is the one gaming the system, it will be very unlikely that anything will be found.
What happens to an election when there are revolutionary and civil wars being fought. We can claim that no such war has been declared, but there is clearly violence and constant protesting from each side.
Criminals. Lock them up.
@meglide also dont forget the democrats filed a series of lawsuits after the 2016 election alleging fraud, albeit not on the same scale as this one
highly unlikely they won't be addressed ... Trump appointed someone to make sure the elections were secure and when Trump lost and the person he appointed confirmed that the elections were secure Trump fired that person
The same is true of votes cast on the machines.
Epstein case wasn't released then
