@Dedkraken Michigan Election Law Act 116 of 1954 Sec. 759 paragraph (3) lists three ways how applications for absent voter ballots may be made. IMO the election laws were not violated by the voters of Michigan using the applications provided by the MI Sec of State, so the votes from those ballots were placed constitutionally. I do think MI Sec of State violated the election laws distributing the applications and should face penalties for that violation. The process Michigan used that did violate their election laws is allowing absentee ballots applications via their website without signatures. The votes received from the ballots requested on the website were placed in violation of Michiganโ€™s election laws and should not be counted. Sadly, I am one of those voters who requested their ballot without providing my signature via the website.

@TaLoN132 yes, I had to provide my drivers license number, but the MI Election Law requires a written application signed by the voter in order to receive an absentee ballot. our Sec of State created a new website this summer that allowed voters to request absentee ballots without signatures. unfortunately that was never approved by our legislature nor adopted into our constitution.

the way wayne county reported their election results was misleading. each precinct was broken apart into day of votes and absentee votes. each precinct showed zero absentee votes, when clearly each precinct had absentee votes. what they did was create new sections for the absentee votes, apart from their corresponding precinct, in this section they listed the number of registered voters as zero, presumably so the number of registered voters wasnโ€™t duplicated, but that made it appear that the absentee ballots didnโ€™t belong to a registered voter.

who is??

2020-12-13 03:42:09 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

any news if/when the results of michiganโ€™s forensic audit of their voting machines will be released??

2020-12-13 03:43:36 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

whatโ€™s the point of an audit if the results arenโ€™t shared?

2020-12-13 03:47:03 UTC [RobertGrulerEsq #election2020]

the audit wasnโ€™t looking at the ballots, it was looking at the machine. specifically to see if the 6000 vote shift was human error or if there was a trace in the machine that someone moved the votes intentionally

i think smaller government is a good thing. the less the supreme court intervenes and lets states manage their own affairs, the less government micromanaging we have. i think states should have the power to do things in the best interests of their people. if my state govt isnโ€™t taking care of me, i should elect better representatives so my will is represented.

itโ€™s real, but we havenโ€™t seen โ€˜the rebuttalโ€™ or response to these findings
