Hi
Shit is nuts all-the-way
Round
and it was perfectly wrong also
Just saying
How
Am i correct in saying texas did NOT lose in SCOTUS the only thing that was denied was the mitions for relif and not the complaint.
from the short note part of it reads:
where the justices says In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. See Arizona v. California, 589 U. S. ___ (Feb. 24, 2020) (Thomas, J., dissenting). I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.
dose that mean they can continue. or what if someone can explain it for us thanks.
@Scott McHarris, you just advanced to level 7!

No, that's just the dissenting opinion from two justices. It's dead.
it's over as far as the Supreme Court is concerned
I have no opinion on it one way or another. Was just pointing out what was missed.

I believe the Fat Lady is Singing Now...
Well it's all on Trump now to save the Republic He has the backing of the people, but I don't think he has the temperment to crush the coup unfortunately.
Did anyone really believe that one part of a system would nullify a facet of the same system?
...
That's a serious question.
...
It's actually very illogical, to think the status quo will not uphold itself.
For one to do so in the system, one would de-legitimize one's own position in the system.
