I don't know if you want to deal with this or not, but I am curious how this never got out there: https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2020/08/14/survivors-priest-sex-abuse-kamala-harris-chose-not-prosecute-single-abusive-priest/

I would argue this was a negative feedback loop of anxiety. ... She realized she was a bit dizzy, then her mind started racing questions "omg what did I do? should I? oh no, is this real life? ughhhh...." and had she not been on the spotlight... Likely would not have went into that mental feedback loop. ...Not good publicity but, publicity is publicity.

Rob, I am interested in knowing whether the president can direct the FBI to impound voting machines and perform forensic audits? After all, isn't he the boss of the FBI?

My comment to some point in the middle of this video lol: "The legislature has the franchisement, not the people that voted. If you want the popular vote to actually matter in the election process, then amend the Constitution. Otherwise, no there is no right to vote in America. It is a constitutional facade. ... As is standing as a legal theory. Harm to an individual affects their community."

https://www.foxnews.com/us/houston-police-captain-voter-fraud-scheme-assault-police
Someone linked this article earlier as a finger-pointing at the slippery slope of claiming voter fraud when it may or may not be there. (Note: I am of the opinion that while slippery slopes are hyperbolic, sometimes we do go down the slippery slope gradually and it is just a quick analysis of the type of argument it appears to be. Sometimes a granular analysis reveals something else, other times a pyramid scheme is not a pyramid scheme. I dunno, there seems to always be exceptions to everything. Or maybe there are no exceptions... I digress.)

The incident occurred in October before the election. It is in no way connected to voter fraud allegations made after the elections which actually back up the pre-election warnings with actual occurrences or a need to investigate further.

The guy also had a problem back in 2003 so, well, he could have been a crazy. The 1 in 1,000,000 people that hear something and actually act on it in the most crazy way possible.

2020-12-19 08:21:50 UTC

But he is likely not crazy. There was a lot of surveillance on the poor air-conditioning repairman which was the alleged victim in this article. If the guy was crazy, then the guy would not have tried to ensure that he had the right person to end up doing this to. Then again, he may have been trying to stop the guy to ask a few questions but when the situation turned south... His ex-police tactics kicked in from second-nature and he chased the guy. Dunno.

There is apparently an allegation that the repair-guy/victim had 750,000 fraudulent mail-in ballots and... heh... was "using Hispanic children to sign the ballots because the children's fingerprints would not appear in any databases".

I ain't a judge, prosecutor, or defense attorney. But I was an analyst in the Navy and even had a false accusation of espionage laid against me.

I could see myself in this guy's shoes.

Though it would need to be taken to a court because the election is not that important, regardless of how much we think it is.

I think it was @TaLoN132 who originally posted that link.

What variety of weapons does the 2nd amendment encapsulate? At the time would it have also applied to other types of arms like swords and such?

2020-12-21 01:00:28 UTC

Bring this on over to General channel and you'll get an answer. Or multiple answers

2020-12-21 20:35:25 UTC

Weapons choice is up to the individual person. It's a personal choice. The 2nd Amendment protects the right of self defense. And any of the tools that a citizen may choose to use, blade or firearm.

2020-12-21 22:00:13 UTC

Bring back the days of yore where axes and shields and swords and spears of all manners were found on the battlefields. Lets harken back to our ancestors! (complete sarcasm btw haha).

2020-12-22 18:01:53 UTC

You see the "slippery slope" in action in regards to gun laws. Other rights as well :/

2020-12-22 18:02:53 UTC

"Arms" is defined as: weapons and ammunition; armaments.

2020-12-26 10:56:59 UTC

My guns actually were taken away already thanks to California. But I just now am talking about the "taking guns away" thing. lol. ... Why bother saying what will happen when I can talk about what is happening now?

2020-12-26 11:01:39 UTC

Yeah. My German cousin's husband and I were talking about guns when I was visiting last year. ... He sees the European ideal of living without guns. However, I just see a bunch of people being ruled over by the EU.

At least here in the US, we can get any design of teapot that we want.

@eclair088 That is correct. The germans are absolute minions.

2020-12-26 13:45:18 UTC

As for the right to self defense in europe, it is largely non-existent. Funny when they hold that out as preferable as new years eve is celebrated with public mass rapes.

We've been talking about it for hours, it's Anthony Quinn Warner, and it's 95% certain that this is the person that did it.
