Rob is being pretty spot on regarding bias, although there are several recurring arguments he makes that I strongly disagree with

his own bias I think it's fine, he's open about his preferences but he doesn't sugarcoat the arguments for or against

if he tried to push a performance act that he conceals his preference, that would be deceitful. It's more the philosophy of the other side to do that and justify it as form/canon

IMO, Rob normally gets snarky toward the party that is pushing a deceitful/misleading claim. That’s at least how I interpret it.

I think it's because he believes that everyone should have their say in court and let it be cross examined before reaching a verdict, instead of outright dismissing an allegation without consideration

That... and I think that having a growing audience with divergent viewpoints on the election must be like walking a tightrope between skyscrapers with no safety net/harness or parachute. People want to know what is up, but they also want hope. Being overly pessimistic would be a turnoff, literally.
