@DixieBoy76 - KY I am poor. I have never hired anyone to do anything.

2019-02-22 22:06:07 UTC

Oh yeah just find some Mormon relatives haha

2019-02-22 22:06:14 UTC

I guarantee you I have zero Mormon relatives

2019-02-22 22:06:46 UTC

You know me, just a man with southern ancestry. Mormons just grow up out of the ground down here

2019-02-22 22:06:49 UTC

That's what I thought too until some distant cousin contacted my mom with some random question cuz they were doing genealogy research

2019-02-22 22:06:52 UTC

If you just go to a Mormon church and ask them to help you with family history they will

2019-02-22 22:07:05 UTC

@Mitchell-TX Woah really?

2019-02-22 22:07:06 UTC

Please change topic, thank you.

2019-02-22 22:07:17 UTC

Yeah they're super helpful about it

2019-02-22 22:07:32 UTC

I'll comply with your request, but... talking about whether or not we have Mormon relatives is banned?

2019-02-22 22:07:53 UTC

Well Jesus is from Missouri soo

2019-02-22 22:07:56 UTC

@Phillip Wiglesworth - FL what’s the topic we need to change?

2019-02-22 22:08:07 UTC

We will comply but more specificity needed pls

2019-02-22 22:08:09 UTC

@Jacob I'm seeing some mildly derogatory commentary, and I'm requesting the topic change before it escalates. Thank you.

2019-02-22 22:08:28 UTC

I’m confused

2019-02-22 22:08:40 UTC

Who was derogatory?

2019-02-22 22:08:52 UTC

I will help to change the topic. Is it raining where you guys are?

2019-02-22 22:09:00 UTC

No its sunny

2019-02-22 22:09:07 UTC

Rainy

2019-02-22 22:09:07 UTC

NC is getting non-stop rain

2019-02-22 22:09:09 UTC

Anyways. They will help you. If you know one, ask them. They often have someone in the local church who volunteers to help anyone who is looking for help.

2019-02-22 22:09:28 UTC

I don't think he was saying we need to change it from ancestry, just away from the religion stuff. But to answer the question, no, it's too cold for rain. @JayDon

2019-02-22 22:09:49 UTC

@Drover Tom Good lord is that ever true. My grandmother keeps a whole bunch of 19th century black and white photos of my multiple generations of great grandparents, hanging up in her house and she shows them off to guests and sends them to me, whenever she finds a new one.

2019-02-22 22:11:13 UTC

Ya I have two binders full of pictures and stuff our Mormon relatives found, its really cool

2019-02-22 22:11:44 UTC

@DixieBoy76 - KY dude I'm gonna get the free trial on Ancestry and see if anything comes up

2019-02-22 22:11:44 UTC

One of them is of my Grandfather when he was like 5 wearing lederhosen

2019-02-22 22:11:48 UTC

nothing probably will

2019-02-22 22:11:52 UTC

but might as well try

2019-02-22 22:12:07 UTC

@Jacob For sure give it a shot and tell us what you find (no doxxing obviously)

2019-02-22 22:12:40 UTC

lmao imagine getting doxxed because of your great grandpa

2019-02-22 22:12:54 UTC

2019-02-22 22:13:03 UTC

Looks yummy

2019-02-22 22:13:09 UTC

Ours usually lay a good amount too

2019-02-22 22:13:19 UTC

You need your relatives names and birthdays at minimum, up to the grandparents who are dead and then you can connect to the big online tree

2019-02-22 22:13:28 UTC

Lawdy that’s a lot of eggs

2019-02-22 22:13:41 UTC

How long do well cared for domestic chickens live?

2019-02-22 22:13:43 UTC

It’s been so cold that they went on strike but the amount of day light is really what triggers them

2019-02-22 22:14:05 UTC

@Mitchell-TX my grandparents were from 300 person villages that probably have no records

2019-02-22 22:14:10 UTC

but worth a try I guess

2019-02-22 22:14:50 UTC

Chickens can have a live span of a dozen years but it depends on the breed too and of course a 10 year old hen won’t lay eggs anymore

2019-02-22 22:15:07 UTC

I have an 11 year old rooster right now
