After hearing the pronunciation of "syzygy," I still say "rural" tops the list when it comes to unwieldy terms. 😁

That one's actually familiar to me, because I took a medical terminology class years ago. Ear/nose/throat specialist, right? A lot of syllables, yes, but "rural" is just too awkward. I can't think of anything that compares, lol.
