US blacks descended from slaves would've been brought over from Africa. The slaves that were sold to white people were prisoners of war. In theory, they would've been the inferiors to their jailors. So, did African IQ DROP between then and now, or did the US blacks increase in IQ? Either one works against the idea that sending black people that currently reside in the United States to Africa is in their best interest, an oft-argued point on the alt-right side of things.

I see you point that blacks have lived better in America than they have in Africa and that would have improved their IQ's through that envirionment to a extent how ever you need to rember that envirionmental factors have had at most 50% influence with regrads to IQ and keep in mind that is a liberal estimate.

You're talking about a measured statistic that barely even existed 100 years ago.
We don't have a real measure of the IQ of European society as it developed. We don't even have a measure of IQ in colonial times, or anything of the like.
Your sample group is limited, and your source is biased.

Also, your argument on IQ? Is general. If IQ being low is bad, then you should be wanting to kick out everyone below a certain level. If you just go "kick out all groups of people who's average is below x", you kick out people who are above that point while keeping people below that point.

With regards to IQ that is ridiculous whites have an average IQ of 100 which is a pretty good level and we can raise it with eugenic policies like encouraging smart people to bread, no need for jew or asians.

We don't have to go that far we can just give incentives to smart people to bread. Over time that alone will increase the average IQ level, it all depends on how fast we want to do that and what society will except.
