Politicians get blamed because they didn't properly manage the infrastructure they're in charge of
except they did
the predictions where wrong
and then people go out, think its a sunny day, spin out and clog the roads
Like when they blamed Trump for the hurricane stuff
Trump was given the power to control weather by his Jewish overlords, duh.
To be fair
it is New York City
there is no excuse for a city in the North East to not be prepared for snow
That is true.
And we don't give the power to control weather to just anyone.

Assuming the theories of climate change are correct, we'll see a lot more hard winters in the NE US and NW Europe
Assuming that theories of climate change were correct all artic ice should have disappeared in 2012
Assuming that the theories of Climate change were correct we should have all frozen in 1970
Arctic ice is disappearing
Good, I didn't like it. Always gave me the cold shoulder.
The Russians are happy about it
*shrug*
I just hope peeps in the northeast like snow because they're gonna get a lot of it going forward as the North Atlantic Gyre continues to fail
Assuming all the theories of climate change were correct we should have watched The Day After Tomorrow last week
That movie was ridiculous
that movie is based on a true story
Climate change alarmism is itself pretty ridiculous and hyperbolic.
I mean...
not really...?
Oh, did we all die?
Isn't the scientific consensus that climate change is largely man-made?
the model can be wrong.
and if like 90%+ of scientists are sharing one oppinion about a thing that can't be proven it smells.
its their fucking job to disagree and prove the one claiming the shit WRONG.
I mean, not really
climates can change over time naturally, though air pollution has played a part in expediting said change...
Can anybody state that scientific consensus claim of 'climate change is largely man-made' in actual scientific terms?
Scientists keep testing it and everything point to it being highly contributed to by humans. The temp rise has been linked to CO2 levels and they can show the CO2 rise is caused by humans.
That's not what I asked for.
I'm 50 years old. Honestly, I won't be around to pay the price if we mess up Earth. I vote environmentalist and do what i can in my personal life to be easy on the planet (Prius, recycle, bulk items, etc) but I have little skin in this game. I worry more for the youngsters who will pay the real price if we get this wrong.
A shame though that the majority of people who actually bring up changes to help combat this stuff with things like Nuclear Power etc will get shut down.
I believe we could fix the environment too, I personally believe more in efficiency instead of using wind turbines and having to cram around in expensive electric cars or be forced to use public transportation since an inefficient world will lead to stagnation and death
I think the main enemy is politicizing all of this climate change crap though, if we politicize it by blaming democrats for thinking wind / solar farms are good or blaming republicans because we think they're all rednecks who rip around in big HEMIs we'll just be cucking around and trying to one-up one another while people who got actual ideas on the table will get shafted for it
