Truth is a word that points to the achievement of ones goals, so truth is only important for the goals you are going for. For example if you want to be fatter the truth is you have to eat more. If you want to be skinnier the truth is you either have to eat less or expend more energy.

So I say all that to say what truth are you pursuing
