Only issue with that specifically is that the dates on the ballot were backdated or filled in if they were empty. Is it easy to tell if a ballot was backdated ?

But some of those ballots in the mix would be correctly dated.

I don't know if they would do that, they could only invalidate the ones that were properly segregated, which is like 10,000. But they CAN invalidate basically ALL of the mail-in ballots on the grounds that they were ALL unlawfull on the grounds that they weren't legally "observed".

The language in some of these states for not being observed even says the word unlawfull

I just think the safer reasoning the SCOTUS would be that that couldn't be observed, which by law makes them illegal.

The other thing is more sketchy because some of them could indeed be legal, and you'd be throwing away good votes too.

Well that's partly what I mean, it's more of a chance that good valid votes were thrown out. I'd rather do it for the reason that makes them legally unlawfull, lol.

Cuz I did read (upon delving into it a little further) that in most cases for civil lawsuits that it needs to be a preponderance of the evidence, but that usually for fraud it has to be "clear and convincing evidence".

The latter of which is the middle of the 3 burdens of proof.

And really it's all up to the judges, I don't think there's a law that says it has to be proven by those certain amounts ?

I'm feeling like her death at that moment was announcing or signalling what God was setting up in order to expose the truth and not like this agregious steal happen as did in the past. They want her to recuse cuz they know she could vote against their election fraud.

Our best best is SCOTUS, cuz right now the PA and AZ legislatures, even though GOP-controlled, they're not even getting barely a third of their caucus to support a resolution to reclaim electors.

Now, they might get on board of the Supreme Court officially rules on the fraud, then they might do it, just depends how many never-Trumpers there are, many of them are secret never-Trumpers.

But even if they do send their own slate of electors, the governor would likely send their competing slate of electors (essentially defying the SCOTUS).

So then those states would have 2 slates of electors sent to the Electoral College.

Why does that make it not goto SCOTUS ?

Remember the Saturday ruling with the Commonwealth Court Of Pennsylvania? That went for Trump.

But then it was appealed to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

And they rruled 5 - 2.

Against Trump cuz the court is 5 Dems

I think that might've already gotten to the Circuit Court Of Appeals, a 3 judge panel that ruled 3 - 0 against Trump.

So next would be SCOTUS.

Lin Wood's case in Georgia was already approved for an expidited hearing at the 11th Circuit Court Of Appeals, so that should be heard in the next day or so.

But you saw SCOTUS's Circuit Court reassignments from like last week ?
