If the plaintiff in a lawsuit wins, it can definitely be appealed, lol.
Remember the Saturday ruling with the Commonwealth Court Of Pennsylvania? That went for Trump.
But then it was appealed to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

I think that might've already gotten to the Circuit Court Of Appeals, a 3 judge panel that ruled 3 - 0 against Trump.
So next would be SCOTUS.
Lin Wood's case in Georgia was already approved for an expidited hearing at the 11th Circuit Court Of Appeals, so that should be heard in the next day or so.
