Or it's possible it doesn't actually exist, and here's why. Consider that the so called tests that they've created, those tests might just actually test for the flu or a cold, but they slap the Covid label on it for all of this play on fear.

And they can actually turn down the detection level on testing, meaning that if it's set low enough, it'll say positive if you've ever had any kind of virus in your life.

And the verdict just came in, the defendants' motion to dismiss was granted in the U.S. District Court - Northern District of Georgia.

This was the same judge that granted the restraining order on the Dominion machines

I'm assuming now they might appeal to the 11th Circuit Court Of Appeals.

Each case is different, this wasn't an evidentiary hearing.

This was simply on the motion to dismiss.

And the judge was asking why this couldn't be filed in state court as opposed to federal court.

I'm really not sure, there's too many cases, but they said with most of their cases they haven't been able to show the evidence yet

Supreme Court is our last hope, but honestly December 14th is just too close. The Amistad Project is saying that the December 8th & 14th deadlines aren't cemented in the Constitution.

The only date that is, is January 20th.

And honestly I can't see the U.S. Congress throwing out certain electors, cuz even though the GOP controls a majority of the delegations, that doesn't cement how they would vote, and there are RINOs.

I'm just getting increasingly worried that we aren't gonna be able to pull this off.

If even the 5/6 conservative judges aren't bought off, cuz I don't think they are, that doesn't mean they're gonna rule in our favor, even Trump said that when he was picking her.

Being a textualist doesn't mean always siding with conservative viewpoints.

We've really never been in this situation before.

Even conservative judges haven't been in this situation being just a few days before Electoral College.

But to a certain extent she also has to separate her faith and personal viewpoints from her job as a judge

To judge the law as written, not as preferred.

That can come with a sting sometimes when it wouldn't be in our favour..
