Honestly, I don't even think it's going to scotus, this evidence is so overwhelming, they'd look crooked if they didn't call it correctly.

Because of a lower judge rules in favor of Trump, there's no need to go to a higher circuit judge.
The only way it goes to scotus, is if Trump keeps on appealing the court cases

But then it was appealed to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

I think that might've already gotten to the Circuit Court Of Appeals, a 3 judge panel that ruled 3 - 0 against Trump.
Lin Wood's case in Georgia was already approved for an expidited hearing at the 11th Circuit Court Of Appeals, so that should be heard in the next day or so.
