Only issue with that specifically is that the dates on the ballot were backdated or filled in if they were empty. Is it easy to tell if a ballot was backdated ?

I don't know if they would do that, they could only invalidate the ones that were properly segregated, which is like 10,000. But they CAN invalidate basically ALL of the mail-in ballots on the grounds that they were ALL unlawfull on the grounds that they weren't legally "observed".

The language in some of these states for not being observed even says the word unlawfull

They can invalidate ALL of them on the grounds that because there is no way now to tell which were possibly fraudulent and which were not

Once they are separated from their envelopes chain of custody is lost...

and because there is no way to tell which are which at that point, they could conceivable invalidate all of them
