Joy cannot be pursued ,. It ensues.

To step out of the stream of thoughts: silence, stillness, body awareness ( observe breath.)

@Termer Maybe freeze sperm prior to vasectomy. Never heard that discussed.

Vasectomy is not very painful. I guess if we go into collapse I have a lifetime supply of birth control. ๐Ÿ˜ might be popular with THoT.๐Ÿ˜˜

@Termer Sperm can be viable for twenty years. If you hit thirty, freeze and snip. You won't want children after age 50, trust me.

Here's a topic. I read that fifteen is the most agreed upon acceptable number of partners in a lifetime. (SUN) My take is, if you've been with more partners than that you shouldn't condescend to sex workers since you too have crossed the line of what most consider acceptable. 16 is too many and 1000 is never enough.

@Tommy WizOh True, but with 75% of women carrying VD it's going to become more popular.๐Ÿ˜ฌ

CDC.GOV Herpes and HPV (warts) will look for links if you like.

Adam Ruins Everything says herpes 90% worldwide. Claims it's not a big deal. Not sure if I totally agree. If you don't have it, wouldn't you want to stay herpes free?

Have MRAs achieved any victories or are they just the TSA of men's movements?

I'm not a Discord expert. I'm listening to YouTube and looking at the Discord text. Is there something else I could/should be doing? If I close the YT will I lose the audio?

@metan oh shit, waddup? He seems to busy last seven minutes.

sure ask away

I see it @metan

It's been done before. Women are a net drain, taxes versus benefits granted, to society.

@Happy Humble Hermit write your novel. You can always self publish. Until free speech goes completely you have that platform.

I can trade critiques if you need help.

So MGTOW is sole parent, in twenty years or so you might have a MGTOW generation. Only a small percentage can afford to do this. Meanwhile population doubles to 18 billlion through regular channels. Is this a win?

Excuse my ignorance, I've never understood the whole "Muh family line is precious" thing. Whether evolution or divine creation, we all come from the same original couple.

At times the human population has been reduced to fifty individuals. We're all related.

I just don't see what's so great about being a breeeder versus say an adopter.

@metan surrogacy is fine, but it's a drop in the endles sea of humans, I don't see how it would change anything.

In general/ I think we encourage you to pursue this and whatever means are available @metan

@Tommy WizOh woman based redpill wasn't me that was YT chat. Frodo maybe?

@metan I'm guessing some of the resitance is, MGTOW withdraws its participation because once collapse ensues, feminism goes on the bonfire. It's not the natural order of nature.

It would help if MGTOW had more visibility. Millions of people know feminist talking points even if they don't know what feminism is. Has there ever been a MGTOW best seller? (book) like the. "Handmaid's Tale?"

@Seven Of Swords Sometimes to love someone, you got to be a stranger.๐Ÿค– โ‰

You know no one beats the Voigt-Kampf @Seven Of Swords . You're not even close to baseline.

Tell me as an observer @Seven Of Swords , tell me how you died.

Those are song lyrics, but Ripley says something like that to (Ash the Android?) after she pulls him off the trash heap and reboots him.

The buzz around the water bottle today is, it's possible to Escape Mouse Utopia, but you didn't hear that sqeak from me. ๐Ÿ

@Seven Of Swords Do you feel that there's a part of you that's missing? Interlinked.๐Ÿค

๐Ÿ˜„

Within cells interlinked.

That's the whole first movie right there. Deckard was a replicant designed to end Replicants. Only a war machine replicant was his match (Roy Baty.)

That's because you're an Andy @Seven Of Swords .

๐Ÿ†’

Within cells interlinked. Within cells interlinked. Within cells interlinked.

I can help you get off this server alive, but you have 48 hours to get back on track. @Seven Of Swords . Surrender your gun and badge, but your next baseline test is out of my hands.

๐Ÿ‘

@Iheanacho I just pressed play here on Discord. But perhaps if you follow the link there is a YT live chat.

Enjoyed it.๐Ÿคœ

Don't fall for the Soyboy meme. Unless you are an American whole food vegan you are eating soy. Do you bake your own bread? Do you eat any processed foods at all? Do you eat restaurant food? Then you qualify as a soyboy. To use the term is to advertise ignorance of what you are likely eating. Don't be a herd nerd. Think for yourself.

Why erode your credibility by adopting an innacurate label?

Not you @Seven Of Swords I mean in general. If a person can't see beyond the soyboy meme, I question their critical thinking abilities.

If you want to avoid soy, go for it, but get ready to go vegan, because your fast food has soy in it.

Here's another example of innacurrate labeling: the hipster.

The etymology is bad, because they do not descend from jazz hepcats nor do they descend from hippies.

Nor do those who dress in the hipster style think they are hip, meaning fashionable. They think they are the opposite, rebelling by buying stuff from charity shops second hand.

But enough media people have played along with the word that the Dictionaries have rewritten their definition.

That which is called hipster draws from all the movements that came before the year 2000. The label was created out of desperation to describe people who were different than those that came before. For example, what group drinks PBR?

Hipsters?

Prior to 2000 no one who drank Pabst Blue Ribbon would have been called hip.

Consensus thinking is often associated with women. Can we get Gavin McGuinness to revoke the hipster label? He is often associated with it. Just imagine if everyone who used the hipster label had been challenged. Say what? There's nothing hip about that behavior. Are you being ironic, because you're failing badly.

Is soyboy more useful than: simp, cuck, or mangina? If not, consider using a more accurate term.

I don't recommend eating GMO, but it takes discipline to avoid it.

plants

soy, cottenseed oil, papaya, rice, potato, tomato, dairy, canola, peas, sugar beets. Eat the non-gmo varieties of these things.

Corn and high fructose corn syrup.

So if you eat anything sweet it is likely GMO.

Avoid dairy entirely.

Group think, the practice of thinking or making decisions as a group in a way that discourages creativity or individual responsibility. The words hipster and soyboy are Orwellian, because the people who use them are not taking responsibility for understanding what those words mean. Soyboy means a male who consumes soy, not effiminate pro-feminist males. Labels can be shortcuts to thinking.

yes

Vegan

Thanks.

It's a journey not a destination.

About 93% of American consumed fish are farmed fish. For example, most restaurant catfish comes from Japan. The industry is not highly regulated for things like mercury.

I can't eat meat because of health reasons, otherwise, I might. That's why I'm more inclined to say plant-based than vegan. Vegan is more of a lifestyle.

That's it, plus they are eating all that floating plastic that bio-accumulates the higher up the food chain you go. Dioxins, etc.

I haven't quite progressed to the Vegan labeled body care products and shoes, just yet, but give me a couple of years. I think most people who go plant based have some health issue, otherwise they have no motivation to change.๐Ÿด

Most people who become vegan do so because they had health problems. Vegans are usually okay as long as they supplement B-12.

For me, it comes in a vegan capsule.๐Ÿ’ธ

Vitamin B12 is not made by plants or animals but by microbes that blanket the earth. In todayโ€™s sanitized, modern world, the water supply is commonly chlorinated to kill off any bacteria. So, while we donโ€™t get much B12 in the water anymore, we donโ€™t get much cholera, either, which is a good thing!

A regular, reliable source of vitamin B12 is critical for anyone eating a plant-based diet. Though deficiency for those starting out with adequate stores may take years to develop, the results of B12 deficiency can be devastating, with cases reported of paralysis, psychosis, blindness, and even death. Newborn infants of mothers who eat a plant-based diet and who fail to supplement may develop deficiency much more rapidly with disastrous results. Getting enough vitamin B12 is absolutely nonnegotiable for those centering their diets around plant-based foods.

For adults under age 65, the easiest way to get B12 is to take at least one 2,500 mcg supplement each week or a daily dose of 250 mcg.

Breakfast cereals often have B12.

Yeah. it's what they call, fortified.

It's also fortified in Nutritional Yeast. It looks like fish food flakes, and is used as a non-dairy cheese flavoring.

Yes, I make the nut based cheeses and bake my own bread.

Nice.

I buy Chiao cheese when it's available.

I'm grateful for GMO. Prior to GMO I wasn't paying much attention to what I was eating. For example, now I only buy organic potatoes because the others may be GMO, and they are covered with a growth inhibitor called spud crud.

Yes, you just have to look. There is organic everything, now. Before GMO it was hard to find organics.

For the 2018 Dirty Dozen list, EWG singled out produce with the highest loads of pesticide residues. This year the list includes, in descending order, strawberries, spinach, nectarines, apples, grapes, peaches, cherries, pears, tomatoes, celery, potatoes and sweet bell peppers.

Yes, I'm a starchivore. ๐Ÿ’ฏ

So I try to buy organic versions of the dirty dozen to avoid some pesticides.

Organic celery tastes far superior to me. Not sure why, unless it's the pesticides.

I'm afraid so.

Strawberries are hard to wash.

Starches are like stored energy. Very helpful to me.

@Lumbi do you feel the term Lumbersexual was an attempt to co-opt men demonstrating masculinity by growing beards and wearing work style clothes?

Yes, organic food is not necessarily vegan food. Say it is grown with a bloodmeal fertiliser. @Lumbi

Or do you mean petroleum based fertilizers are carcinogenic @Lumbi

@ZODD The best you can do is limit exposure. If you don't eat meat you've eliminated the top killers.: Heart problems, Cancer, and possibly Doctor Malpractice.

Working in the meat industry is often a quick cure. I wish I could recommend fish to you.

Just long enough to be disgusted by it. Watch out for the arthritis.

The constant motion of gutting fish causes arthritis., repetitive motion injuries.

Same with other meat, you work on a line and do one job (motion) repetively.

That's basically the story of, "The Jungle," by Upton Sinclair. Author works in meat packing plant and becomes vegetarian (and possibly a socialist.)
