I mean it in the sense of, lets say we have 500 people on the server, but only like 40 or 50 are really involved in it. Of course people who want to be involved are going to be active, but I'm worried about if say someone joins and loses interest in the community after some time? The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is something like game nights or maybe branches of users directly engaging other users in chats and stuff (self improvement squads?).

Make your own toothpaste and deoderant free of chemicals and metals that cause cancer and disrupt your hormones(triclosan). It's super easy and in all honesty, I've found they work better than store bought stuff. In addition, they are very customizable.
