cornstarch

2017-10-11 02:21:13 UTC

I think that works too

2017-10-11 02:21:18 UTC

it's just to thicken it

2017-10-11 02:22:10 UTC

Also, https://wellnessmama.com/1523/natural-deodorant/ is the recipe I used for natural deoderant, and it works very well

2017-10-11 02:22:29 UTC

nice

2017-10-11 02:23:38 UTC

If anyone does attempt the deoderant though, be wary that while it's cooling, the oils and arrowroot try to separate

2017-10-11 02:23:50 UTC

as long as you mix it it comes out very nice

2017-10-11 02:24:27 UTC

I actually watched some videos on making toothpaste recently and I think its a good place to start trying to make your own goods

2017-10-11 02:25:16 UTC

hold up lemme take a pic of mine, it legit looks like something out of a swamp(because I used clay in my recipe) , but works fantastically

2017-10-11 02:25:27 UTC

clay in toothpaste?

yeah, I was suprised too

2017-10-11 02:26:43 UTC

that

2017-10-11 02:26:43 UTC

but it works wonders

2017-10-11 02:26:48 UTC

just looks horrible

2017-10-11 02:26:51 UTC

and doesn't look safe

2017-10-11 02:26:52 UTC

lmao

2017-10-11 02:27:04 UTC

don't knock it till you try it

2017-10-11 02:27:17 UTC

>inb4 dies on first try

2017-10-11 02:28:01 UTC

idk if any clay will work

2017-10-11 02:28:14 UTC

I read that bentonite clay is the way to go (if you include clay)

2017-10-11 02:28:25 UTC

So I just used that

2017-10-11 02:29:21 UTC

I mean you can legit just use baking soda in lieu of toothpaste

2017-10-11 02:29:41 UTC

and baking soda is very soft on your enamal, as opposed to most toothpastes

2017-10-11 02:36:19 UTC

nice, I'm going to look into this

2017-10-11 02:36:38 UTC

2017-10-22 12:25:14 UTC

Is it in any way normal to get shakes after a work out session?

2017-10-22 12:25:41 UTC

cold-shakes?

2017-10-22 12:25:47 UTC

I didn't work out in years, but I should really get back to it and my muscles are twitching and shaking now that I'm done.

2017-10-22 12:26:47 UTC

what tends to happen is when you have a long workout your body goes into full-heat-dump-mode, after your workout, your bdy will feel very cold to the touch, this is why it's important to have a warm shower, ot a soak in a hottub after

2017-10-22 12:27:16 UTC

it lets your body stabilise its heat levels, and itll also help your muscles keep burning calories after the workout

2017-10-22 12:27:24 UTC

I'm kinda scared lol... I have involuntary muscle movement and I feel very tired...

2017-10-22 12:27:26 UTC

am I dying?

2017-10-22 12:28:05 UTC

unlikely lol, just grab a shower and relax, it's just built up tension in your muscles relieving

2017-10-22 12:28:58 UTC

warm shower will boost circulation and oxygen supply and bloodflow trough your muscles, itll help with that tension getting released too
