The SKS is a surprisingly reliable firearm and still viable
I'd honestly grab an SKS if they weren't overpriced.
They are a reliable first rifle for the poors
In Canada Russian tula built sks were going for about $200 but have crept up, the Norinco sks are still like 200 bucks but not as good
Hey, that's better than U.S. prices.
I have 4 Russian 1951 Tulas
They're going 350 even almost 500 in some places
Yeah I heard
Highest you see them here is maybe 350 for a really bee's knees example
Well at least they aren't screwing you guys out of that yet.
Anyways, I'm going to bed. Goodnight.
Yeah I better get to sleep also got to go to work tomorrow lol
Well today lol
Yeah, it's the morning now, lol. Later

Got this in the mail from Geist the other day. Saving pennies (painting house) right now so postponing a more permanent solution for my pack on my slickster. Need a $90 molle plate pocket. This was $35 after f&f shipping
Also, for anyone wanting custom camo bootleg Crye gear check this dude out
Roman makes good stuff but pls do not do that to Cryes. Thank you.
Only pic I screencapped and couldnโt remember his name or page ๐
You know deep down those would be dope af bmc with the Hoplite black/red/white Hawaiian print ๐
*bruh*
No I have not Officer, and I donโt have to answer your questions
Depends on the size of course
I'm talking about filtering fuel, friend. Not doing anything illegal with them.
They can be modified to muffle firearms but of course that would necessitate the $200 tax stamp and all that.
But if the fuel flow is still just as loud as unfiltered, then they aren't worth the weight. Real world use info is hard to come by
The problem lies in the flimsier construction of a lot of these things, like a size 22 fuel line would probably be okay but a size 556 fuel line might rupture the filter nomsayin.
Makes sense. Hadn't thought of that.
Of course, they can also be made to be very durable and effective. Solvent trap kits work too and there are plenty of good ones available for pretty cheap but you have to go through the same process with the paperwork and $200 if you ever wanted to make it functional in that way, according to the NFA.
I would never dream of drilling holes in a perfectly functional solvent trap.
Not without the proper paperwork.
Right? It just werks. Saves me money on solvents.
Besides, I love my dog too much to pull some shit like that.
Fuel filter? thats a funny way to say Soup
Any one in here a fellow Big Bore AR enthusiast?
I don't have one yet but boy do I want one in 450 bushmaster
Whitey in my profile pic is a .450
How do you like it
Itโs my favorite AR. She bangs.
Ever do any hunting with it or just punch paper
How is it finding ammo?
Pretty easy. $30-40 for 20. I buy every box I find.
Ive been playing with the idea of building a 458 when I co.e back state side
I built a .458 for @Reaper67
Not easy to find ammo
Yea 458 isn't saami approved so a lot of ammo manufacturers won't touch it
Hard to find reloading data too
Thatโs s why I went with .450
I figured it, from what I seen when I make trips home, any ammo bigger than 30-06 is harder to find.
350 legend and .450 bushmaster is pretty common
I believe it, just never really looked for it.
But. Everyone needs a โfโk youโ gun. .458 would definitely be it
Yeah my thoughts exactly
458 hamr ๐
Noob question, how does recoil of rifles compare to a 12 gauge shotgun with a wooden stock?
Depends on the rifle but most 556 ARs are barely more than 22s
450 is close to the same recoil. Most ar calibers donโt have much
223 has minimal
Do the big bore ARs use AR10 buffers?
No.
.458 SOCOM ftw, who cares if itโs expensive to shoot and you canโt find any pews for it 85% of the time ๐๐๐
Depending on what buffer set up you have some .223 will hardly have any recoil
And a good qaulity and functioning muzzle device
@Reaper67 figuring this place out?
@American_AF working on it in my spare time. Itโs much harder to do while driving than FB is lol
Yeah. It definitely is. ๐
Shittt I do it while driving a 27k lbs dump truck lol
@GRANITE 90k of moving cargo makes doing anything else while driving difficult ๐๐ nice bulldog tho๐๐ป
Ohhhh shitttttt
Yea you got me lol
That thing is beautiful
Weโre all just doing the same thing man, just a little different cargo๐ค๐ป๐ค๐ป
Thank ya sir
Yea I only get up to 70k loaded
Outlaw shit
@American_AF you know it bro ๐ค๐ป๐ค๐ป๐
Iโd rather be on a dozer or hoe any day of the week though
@GRANITE Iโm on dry van duty today, and I donโt know what to do with my hands ๐
My whip for the day
@American_AF gettin high on site ๐
Iโve hauled cattle everywhere from Dover Delaware to woodlands Washington
If you got it, Iโll travel lol
@Reaper67 you already know. Everyday
@American_AF you drive too?
Nah. Iโm an electrician
I think amongst all of us we could build a badass base
Every trade is covered I think
Build me a tower and radio shack and I can equip us with a P25Trunked repeater.
Hell yea thatโs easy so as long as we have all materials needed lol
You guys actually do interesting shit lol
I manage a Jimmy Johns
