@boojiboi born and raised 25 years in the county

6 years 911 AEMT in rural and wilderness ems systems, as well as long distance Interfacility Transfers

Me and my wife are starting a raised bed garden this year, and we're both avid hunters of small and large game

Def a good place to move to

@[LA] Zoomer Medi/k/ any way they could be sent private message to those that want them

@[LA] Zoomer Medi/k/ I was thinking the things you indicated that wouldn't be posted publicly because of questionable legality

I don't have one yet but boy do I want one in 450 bushmaster

How do you like it

Ever do any hunting with it or just punch paper

Yea 458 isn't saami approved so a lot of ammo manufacturers won't touch it

Hard to find reloading data too

Yea were gonna be getting that rain here tomorrow and Saturday

I did 6 years as an AEMT but now I wash cars at a Subaru dealership lol

What do you guys think about a weather watching / natural disaster watch/warning/comms channel? A national channel as well as regional channels, so north east, south east, gulf of Mexico, central, etc etc

I prefer the sof t over the cat but only because it's what I learned on and what we carried in our trucks

I think it honestly comes down to what you were trained with between the two

I can do one handed and send app with a sof t better than I can a cat, but again it's the only one I've really handled regularly

It all comes down to practice I guess. Everytime I try to use a cat especially one handed the velcro hangs me up

Visibility seems pretty limited

For that price I would Def have to try before buy

I wonder if china's made an airsoft knockoff yet

I don't think I've ever actually seen one for sale

You could buy a lot of other supplies for that price

Plus you might as well add another 2k in ammo reloading supplies because good luck finding commercial ammo

I love inrange TV but they made an akm fail the mud test. When the test continues until the gun fails what matters is how long it takes, not that it failed

That's what I'm saying. Some people saying something isn't reliable because of their mud test just isn't true

The tests isn't whether or not it'll fail, the test doesn't stop until it does. It's WHEN it fails, then you be the judge on whether or not that's acceptable for your usage

The biggest difference between the two I think is cleaning after they've failed and return to function

AK you tear the top cover off, piss on the bolt carrier, and your good to go. An AR COULD require a field strip with carrier removal

An ak more likely than an AR, wouldn't require essential pieces being removed from the gun the way an AR does.

Mortaring an ak is basically standard practice if it's jammed shut. Whether you can mortar an AR repeatedly I don't know I've never seen someone yet

@TankzFoBeer most any reloading manual will have a breakdown of how to do it

The reloading room is a good fb page a lot of very experienced people
