yes cuz your body isn't used to that time cycle yet

2018-10-19 11:52:30 UTC

But the problem was that i kept staying up longer and longer, eventually shifting my day nigh cycle

2018-10-19 11:52:37 UTC

5 years of the same sleep cycle wasn't enough time to get used to it

2018-10-19 11:52:42 UTC

Are you f****** out of your mind

2018-10-19 11:52:45 UTC

I used to work nightshifts because of it

2018-10-19 11:52:53 UTC

i dont anymore tho

2018-10-19 11:52:54 UTC

You can't just go "Right today i'll set my sleep cycle to 12 hours earlier"

2018-10-19 11:53:00 UTC

It has to adapt

2018-10-19 11:53:05 UTC

and afterwards

2018-10-19 11:53:07 UTC

Holy s*** you are actually autistic

2018-10-19 11:53:08 UTC

you just worked it back on your own

2018-10-19 11:53:14 UTC

ad hominem, nice

2018-10-19 11:53:17 UTC

So 5 years I built a sleep cycle of sleeping at 11 every night

2018-10-19 11:53:26 UTC

And then my body was instantly able to change that by 12 hours

2018-10-19 11:53:34 UTC

Comfortably,

2018-10-19 11:53:34 UTC

How do you think Jetlag works? 😛

2018-10-19 11:53:37 UTC

Yeah but what did u do then?

2018-10-19 11:53:42 UTC

in those 5 years

2018-10-19 11:53:52 UTC

I slept like s*** from 11 till 6 in the morning everyday

2018-10-19 11:54:12 UTC

seems liek you just didn't sleep enough, not in a "wrong cycle"

2018-10-19 11:54:22 UTC

No, because I simply couldn't sleep well ever

2018-10-19 11:54:29 UTC

But if I go to sleep at like 10 in the morning I sleep like a baby

2018-10-19 11:54:46 UTC

I swear to f****** God it's like you get your advice from your grandmother

2018-10-19 11:54:52 UTC

😄

2018-10-19 11:54:59 UTC

you really are an odd one aren't you?

2018-10-19 11:55:01 UTC

welp maybe ur just a night person

2018-10-19 11:55:08 UTC

Yeah that's exactly what I'm saying trip

2018-10-19 11:55:21 UTC

In the point is so was my father, and now scientists are starting to realize that might be genetic

2018-10-19 11:55:33 UTC

It was probably a learned behavior at one point, but passed down

2018-10-19 11:55:48 UTC

We can force f*** our sleep schedule into a normal one

2018-10-19 11:56:00 UTC

But I'll always be tired, I'll always be groggy in the morning and I never sleep well

2018-10-19 11:56:10 UTC

try coffee 😛

2018-10-19 11:56:15 UTC

Then at 5 to 8 at night I have no interest in making music or really doing much of anything

2018-10-19 11:56:34 UTC

However if I let my body go to sleep and it wants to, it'll naturally go to sleep in the morning sleep for seven or eight hours and I'll feel rested when I wake up

2018-10-19 11:57:08 UTC

My body had no problem adjusting my sleep cycle back to sleeping in the morning

2018-10-19 11:57:28 UTC

And for five years I work with a disabled person

2018-10-19 11:57:52 UTC

Where there they had to be there at 7 in the morning, work half the day, go home then come back at 9 at night to give him a shower and put him in bed, and then I would go back home and go to sleep at 11 and do it everyday

2018-10-19 11:58:01 UTC

Literally every single day because it was the only person who can take care of them

2018-10-19 11:58:13 UTC

So 5 years 365 days a week oh, hell even when a hurricane hit

2018-10-19 11:58:35 UTC

Wasn't enough to solidify sleep schedule, so that literally the first day I didn't have that job I didn't go to sleep that night and then slept like a baby and then was like that since then

2018-10-19 11:59:41 UTC

To me that just sounds like its all in your head really
