I usually intermittent fast though

2020-03-31 23:40:29 UTC

Just asking out of interest, I eat healthily obviously but haven't really been targeting my diet towards gains so far and was wondering if it was worth it

2020-03-31 23:41:14 UTC

Just depends on your goals but diet is half of all gains or cuts

2020-03-31 23:42:30 UTC

I lack the ability right now but if you cut pork, sugar, nightshades and grains you will lose fast. The best diet on earth is outlined in Leviticus

2020-03-31 23:43:05 UTC

I've been eating red meat and drinking water and I've been shedding weight

2020-03-31 23:43:32 UTC

Also milk for my protien shakes

2020-03-31 23:44:06 UTC

Milk has sugar, cut it and you'll drop faster.

2020-03-31 23:44:16 UTC

Also drink some bone broth or eat bone marrow for nutrients

2020-03-31 23:44:37 UTC

More looking to gain than cut

2020-03-31 23:44:43 UTC

@O/K/ie Voluntaryist its lactose sugar though, so long as your not lactose intolerant your body should process it quickly

2020-03-31 23:45:34 UTC

Sugar of all types feeds cancer and if you have rheumatoid (me) it allows the rheumatoid and cancer to grow....did I mention those dietary choices make you healthy as fuck?

2020-03-31 23:45:35 UTC

@nubbits I'd calculate your your cals and macros and just make sure you hit them everyday while on a good lifting program

2020-03-31 23:45:45 UTC

Like "can fight cancer with ease" healthy

2020-03-31 23:45:48 UTC

OK thanks

2020-03-31 23:46:28 UTC

@nubbits I'm gonna be bulking after this cut, probably 2 to 3 months till im lean

2020-03-31 23:46:54 UTC

Right so trying to trim off body fat?

2020-03-31 23:47:23 UTC

@nubbits ya im 225 atm, gonna slim to 190 then bulk back to 200 with lean muscle

2020-03-31 23:47:43 UTC

Get that power to weight ratio

2020-03-31 23:47:48 UTC

Then re evaluate and see where yo go from there

2020-03-31 23:48:17 UTC

@nubbits ya my power ratio is pretty decent atm, just wanna get the aesthetic back again

2020-03-31 23:48:26 UTC

Fair enough

2020-04-01 15:31:08 UTC
