Do you do any kind of diet or anything?
I'm doing carnivore atm, mixed with intermittent fasting

Just asking out of interest, I eat healthily obviously but haven't really been targeting my diet towards gains so far and was wondering if it was worth it
Just depends on your goals but diet is half of all gains or cuts
I lack the ability right now but if you cut pork,sugar, nightshades and grains you will lose fast. The best diet on earth is outlined in Leviticus
I've been eating red meat and drinking water and I've been shedding weight
Also milk for my protien shakes
Milk has sugar, cut it and you'll drop faster.
Also drink some bone broth or eat bone marrow for nutrients
@O/K/ie Voluntaryist its lactose sugar though, so long as your not lactose intolerant your body should process it quickly
Sugar of all types feeds cancer and if you have rheumatoid (me) it allows the rheumatoid and cancer to grow....did I mention those dietary choices make you healthy as fuck?
@nubbits I'd calculate your your cals and macros and just make sure you hit them everyday while on a good lifting program
