Did anyone notice how nice and shiny new most of those shacks are built by land invaders on that Stellenbosch farm?
Not rusted and scrapped parts... Are you insinuating someone is paying for the brand parts and funding the land invasion? π±
πno that would be impossible
Not here
Lol you do know that making objective observations are as good as facts, and facts are racist... Lol but none the less, good observation, now we just need to figure out where they got it from and out of who's arse that money was pulled out of.
See if there is anything there.
@Sheamus That's the most racist thing I've EVER read. Shame on you. Racist.
There is something real fishy going on here
Specifically with the banks
Maria Ramos, wife of Trevor Manuel who is one of Ramaphosa's "fin-doctors"
Along with former CEO of Standard bank, Jacko Maree
Why are the banks who are potentially going to lose the most, so quiet about this?
Have some guarantees been extended by the ANC? Like only expropriating properties whose bonds have been paid in full or close to it.
Perhaps paper expropriation? They just transfer the land to the state, the property on the land stays yours, thus you carry the debt as per normal and then rent the land on which your property is? Only way I can see banks not losing.
I'll burn down my property and take the cash from insurance if that is the case...
@Piesangslaai You are still liable for your debt even after your property was expropriated. That is why the banks don't worry much, one way or the other you wil pay them.
Hah, the banks will burn too
The International Zionist show their colours
BTW Barclay's is no more with absa? Then that msg of Ramos is old
ABSA does not want to answer it seems. They mysteriously just popped up in a twitter thread, even though they were't even included in the conversation.
Link to twitter thread:
Quite frankly I do not care how they structure it. The reality is that I entered an agreement with ABSA to pay the X amount over 20 years and then the property with everything on it becomes mine. Now half way through the term ABSA says the property will not be yours anymore after you have paid us the X amount as per contract. ABSA is breaching contract so I cannot and will not be forced to pay a bond for something that will not become mine eventually. I am quite happy for them to take the property back and give me my money back so both parties walk away.
I'm trying to figure out their motives and whether they are trying to cut deals with the ANC at our expense. People should know and boycott them if they are colluding in any way.
@GRIM Looks good although a wee bit progressive for my liking. Need to work on that π
