They usually make you register a number. Then they lock you out and require a phone call but won't call burner app numbers

1. Turn on VPN
2. Download Mozilla incognito mode app(for phone and tablet)
3. Download the Burner App
4. Create new phone #
5. Create new email on Tutanota
6. Signup for Twitter on Mozilla Incognito app and with VPN on

If they won't call your Burner App #, you can write an email requesting that your account be unlocked. I actually had to do that with my current account. To bypass this, you can use Google to make Burner phone #s

Then do you have to be logged into a VPN all the time just to use twitter

Devices are associated by mac usuallly but vpn ought to hide that
