I've found that my device is recognized by the Twitter app, and that my accounts are immediately Shoahed if I use it.

Yup. It was happening to me too. I had 5 accounts Shoahed in 5 days.

Twitter is able to recognize devices unless you "outsmart" them

I don't think that they are. They flag devices and any accounts associated w the device is automatically Shoahed

They usually make you register a number. Then they lock you out and require a phone call but won't call burner app numbers

1. Turn on VPN
2. Download Mozilla incognito mode app(for phone and tablet)
3. Download the Burner App
4. Create new phone #
5. Create new email on Tutanota
6. Signup for Twitter on Mozilla Incognito app and with VPN on

If they won't call your Burner App #, you can write an email requesting that your account be unlocked. I actually had to do that with my current account. To bypass this, you can use Google to make Burner phone #s
