Welp bois diets over and over month i managed to reach 140lb. Sadly i didn't reach the 135 for my goal but I'm still glad i lost the weight. And i wanted say thanks you guy for the massive ammount support you guys gave me during this period and helping me fight my paranoia and anxiety in the process. You guys are brothers and i owe you all a debt i won't be able to repay. Now all i have to do is watch my weight and try and keep my work out routine consistent

today I helped a little bird who had his neck tightly caught in a bush and it was so weak it just kinda clung to my shirt and refuses to move

he litterally only moved his eyes and sometimes tried to move his neck but his neck was pretty fucked up
