I guess the quickest summary of the premise I can give would be "ancient bell tower near a city entrapped by mist and mountains starts to ring, people are killed by creatures
that are brought forth from the bell ringing, a girl and guy survives and they're both (somewhat unwillingly) pitted to go to the tower to put a stop to it"
