Only thing anybody can do at this point on an individual level is I guess.
Actually it calcifies everything it comes into contact. ANd there's little to no evidence that it actually prevents cavities, etc.
To maybe genuinely listen to depressed men and offer solutions to their problems, help them act on said solutions.

Those are reasons why I'm reluctant to start using anti depressants. I still believe it's possible to "turn around" from whatever mental trajectory I'm on and improve.

@Mab Asakura FWIW I was always told that medication is only supposed to help about 30%, just enough to get you up and going outside which helps another 30%. So cut to the chase and go outside (joke)

@ColdEmbraceOfDeath my sleep hygiene as been absolute garbage ever since college days... And I graduated 3 years ago. I keep telling myself I need to fix it but habits are hard lol. Lately I've been getting in the habit of falling asleep to mgtow vids like HHH, TFM, Sydney, etc

@ToastMcGhost it's no secret. I always feel so much better being out and about running errands or getting something to eat. But when I'm in my room doing work, my mood tanks lol
Don't use your phone at night.
You shouldn't be on your electronics at least 1 hour before you go to sleep.
Blue light keeps putting your sleep timing farther and farther.

Melatonin works too and it's a naturally occurring chemical in the brain
