and that was roundly rejected around these parts

well, now it's turning into a churn of labels. First it was "republican" / "conservative", then you have "classic liberal" and now "libertarian". basically because the left labeled everything as "alt-right" then, now its turning into a mush of labels and even I have a hard time figuring out what side I even stand on because there are so many labels now, but the nuances are rather small

Libertarian has been around for a while. Reagan was grilled on calling himself libertarian.

- sargon says he's liberal
- tim pool says he's liberal
- Dankula says he's libertarian
- Steven Crowder says he's conservative

And they agree on a lot of points, so idk where to even draw the boundaries anymore between "conservative" and "classic liberal".

Conservative and Liberal can be very close, or very distant. It is a spectrum.

the normal liberal and conservative definitions don't matter anymore as they're so close compared to the alt right and far left that they may as well be centrist
