where have I heard this term recently: "Nietzsche's reevaluation of good and evil". you tangle up and satiate your own conflicted belief systems with enough ideas so what comes out on the other end has fewer unreasonable mis-judgements inside of it.
Do you get off to your own sophistry, or what?
nah, I have plenty to get off to.
Alright. Your word salad isn't going to go far here
uh oh, they're on to me
You're another intellectual LARPer, aren't you?
seems like it
Remember kids if you cannot see the fnord it cannot eat you...

"intellectual LARPer". I like that term.
That you're LARPing as an intellectual.
The fuck you think it means? This isn't some Socratic jerk off event lol
I take +2 rhetoric damage.
I am in fact a Guerilla Ontologist.
I have a conspiracy theory: Whenever there is a new term in town to label people with (let's say "alt-right" or "libertarian") and people label themselves with it because they support the ideas, the authoritarian left usually tries to subvert that label into something bad. So what if we just didn't label ourselves at all (I'd probably invent a new direction here)?
for example, I noticed this with this one video of libertarians going on about selling drugs to kids and now everyone that labels himself as libertarian is automatically a drug dealer
Let's label ourseleves
"Jellos"
I'll do the logo
Very Cool
Jelloes have no set beliefs other than making the MSM put the word Jello in their articles
Are you suggesting that 'libertarian' is a recently invented word?
Ofcourse he isn't
It's been co-opted
like Classical Liberal
How?
no, not really, it's just the same thing happened with the term "alt-right"
over used until it did loose all practical meaning
basically if you say you are that, secretly you have a shrine to hitler in your basement
Churchill was Classical Liberal but that doesn't matter
We are now Jellos
I'm still trying to wrap my head around the supposed subversion of 'libertarian'
Who?
Where?
I'm co-opting the word Jello here, who knows?
I think the alt-right kinda sold themselves out.
don't apply your new term too liberally, though, otherwise it's not going to mean anything either. in fact one might argue it doesn't mean anything already.
The only invented term was Liberalist
and that was roundly rejected around these parts
well, now it's turning into a churn of labels. First it was "republican" / "conservative", then you have "classic liberal" and now "libertarian". basically because the left labeled everything as "alt-right" then, now its turning into a mush of labels and even I have a hard time figuring out what side I even stand on because there are so many labels now, but the nuances are rather small
