Lots of dumbbell stuff too. Especially in the back yard because I can do sprints with the weights and do exercises at either end of the yard, sprinting with the weights in between

i have to restart everything
i was benching quite a bit maybe 125 or so after a few months but i lost all gains and fat after my surgery because i couldnt eat solid food
