Any tips for compartmentalizing this shit and dealing with it from anyone in college?
On a happier note, I just had beef stew and black coffee for lunch.
I took .5mg at 5am and haven’t taken shit since and was actually able to eat an entire can of soup and a few crackers

Lots of dumbbell stuff too. Especially in the back yard because I can do sprints with the weights and do exercises at either end of the yard, sprinting with the weights in between
