Get in the gym and do some rehabilitation work on them elastic band work helps the tendons
You can still do lifts with a bum knee. You just can go heavy
It's what I do to loosen up my shoulder before cheat and sholder days
Go light for repetitions. You’ll eventually see an increase in strength

Like be able to lift super heavy a few times or moderate movements all day and then run at a moderate pace.
