What they do for essays and the like in uni there, is they copy the best authoritative source they can find

We had a syrian student pronounce "protest" as "prostate"

on live tv

it was brutal

she was **told** to rehearse

but she was like, 40, and didn't want to listen to the students or the prof

We couldn't figure out how to help her

she tried using a quote nearly six years old from a story unrealted to her assignment

it took 5 minutes for me to find the guy she wanted a quote from, call him, and have him give a better quote

fucking lazy-ass motherfuckers

or as the Law and Ethics in Journalism prof called them

mostly in what you don't write unless you want to go to court

It's easier to get sued for libel and slander in canada
