Hmm, i didn't know iridology was a thing, now I'm fascinated
moreso on the implications of a health signifier
not too sure if my eyes will turn blue anytime soon 😅
> eating spinach and drinking tea
Give me hazel *at least*
I don't think it works like that, the field talks about only two true eye colors, blue and brown
any sort of hazel or green is simply blue covered with lymph or such
the healthier you are the more clear your eyes are
Im kidding
Best post workout meal 👌🏻

Eat cauliflower every week.

Do you think tempeh is an acceptable form of soy, since it's fermented?

Why haven't I subbed this guy yet

had some laying around the house already

@Aleis⊕ccidentalis I was confused by that. I thought tempeh didn't have the estrogen problem, but it does. https://www.livestrong.com/article/547762-tempeh-estrogen/ Quote: "...tempeh is fermented, which allows easier digestion of its protein and reduces the harmful affect of its phytic acid. Like all soy products, tempeh contains plant hormones known as phytoestrogens, specifically called isoflavones." So, if you are worried about estrogen, tempeh is not the answer. Whether or not the soy-estrogen question is something to worry about is a different question.
@Algrin "Bailey" Bagley - PA Wow, thanks for the info. I knew fermentation was supposed to solve the issue of phytic acid, but thought it would also reduce the presence of estrogen. And yea, the soy-estrogen question is still up for debate...as far as I know nothing is proven. But I'd still like to keep my intake of soy to a minimum. According to another user on this server, cauliflower is an effective estrogen blocker...
